Holly and the other staff make you feel like you're visiting with family (but not too close family) - like cousins - in a good way. So I felt welcome and the room and bed was comfortable, piling three of their marshmallow pillows enable me to get sufficient head support and the pool and gym are good enough for a short stay. Kitchen set-up is just enough to do the basics but has everything you need, the large fridge is great. The area set aside for dogs was well established and attended to, all the walks were regularly cleared of snow. As buffet breakfasts go I thought it was better than average at this point, with a small but well chosen selection that can cover all tastes and was not the usual dried out recycled buffet fare."
