The accommodation is very clean and modernly furnished. We were on the ground floor in the apartment on the opposite side of the hotel. You have your own key and can come and go as you please. There are also enough parking spaces around the apartment. In the apartment itself there is a dishwasher, washer-dryer and 2 televisions. Everything was very clean and stylishly furnished. The owner's son was very helpful and very nice! We had problems with the washing machine and he took care of it immediately! Big praise for so much commitment. Unfortunately there was not a sufficient internet connection, you have the option of dialing into the public network, which only delivered a maximum of 8mbits during our stay, unfortunately you can't work with that. It's a shame if you depend on the internet! The smart TVs could not be fully utilized, they have potential for Netflix/Prime and Co, but here too the internet fails. Unfortunately my husband snores very loudly and so we were happy when we found a sofa bed in the apartment, we pulled it out and used it for 2 nights. During this time the room was also cleaned superbly. Up until this point I would have given it 8 out of 10, but that changed when I checked out. I have stayed in a lot of accommodations for business and private reasons, but I have never been spoken to as disrespectfully as I was here. Spoken like a man. I was so shocked and taken aback that I couldn't react appropriately. The manager mentioned that the washer-dryer might be broken because the son had come over that evening especially to help us. I told her that it was working again and that everything was OK. Then she went on to say that I had supposedly called before we arrived and that I could have stated that I wanted to sleep on the pull-out couch, but that it was probably broken now because my husband slept on it and we don't know how to take it out and the topper was missing, and we should have stated that anyway. As a reminder, the chambermaid was also in the apartment and cleaned, so if something was missing, it could have been put on the couch. I told her that I hadn't called before we arrived, but she said again that I had called and the reception was so bad that she could hardly understand me and that I should have mentioned it! I emphasized again that I had NOT called beforehand and that I hadn't even known beforehand that there was the possibility of a sofa bed. She snapped at me that they had probably seen wood shavings because the couch had been pulled out incorrectly. There were no shavings at all, maybe they thought that because my husband rolls his own cigarettes and the tobacco residue might look like that? I don't know... But the way the lady treated me was completely unacceptable. To snap at a guest like that, as I said
