It is indeed a very good hotel in South Africa, I feel that the scenery is very good and there is a personal lake. The service staff was very enthusiastic. The staff at the breakfast omelette also asked me how to pronounce the fried eggs in full cooked Chinese. Haha, a good experience.

Most warmly welcome and service from the owner. Accomodating and extremily helpfull with my quests. If you need a place to stay close to the Winelands, then Waterstone Guest House is the place to stay. Thank you Andrew. Much appreciated, Ian - Western Cape Wines GmbH

I absolutely LOVED my stay! The rooms are so spacious, feeling of luxury and my bed was large and so comfortable. I felt very safe and had a very peaceful sleep. The breakfast was very delicious and what was on offer was a really lovely spread. Thank you for making my stay one that I will not forget, and will definitely return when doing business that side again. One suggestion: I know you offer a lovely selection of restaurants in your area to go eat out at. Which is great. I just had a long day with meetings and not really knowing the area once I had returned back to the property and felt so relaxed, that I did not feel up to heading out again to find myself a dinner option. So thought it would be a lovely option to add a list of which restaurants or pizza places also offer take away delivery options too maybe. Or could offer a ready made meal in your canteen area that can be warmed up or even ordered as an advance order (extra cost) when booking in online as a dinner option ? I would have definitely have used this. :)

I've always loved this hotel! Great service and really great staff, especially given how they were working on Christmas! The food was great, the views and swimming pool too, and the amenities cool as well.

Outstanding service and luxury. The owners personally received and welcomed us. It was the most comfortable stay and bed in the whole time we were in South Africa. The electric blanket on the bed was a welcome touch and they are set up with back-up power and do not have power cuts. Highly recommended stay in Somerset and surrounds.
