This hotel really has exceptional service, the owner himself helps so much, he even picked us up from the station, and showed us good food around, the room and place in general is clean, modern, well designed.

Location wise is very good, directly opposite a supermarket. Clean and impressive, however there is no lift so walking upstairs was tiring for us. Washing machine took very long to complete and hard to operate (all in Chinese as well), so our clothes were still damp the next morning. Unlike other hotels with 24 hours room service, this is a family owned business so it was hard for us to look for someone to attend our problem although it was somewhere before 23:00. There is no internal phone inside the rooms for us to call the office downstairs.

Huanglong is in the off-season now and not many people are there. When I stayed there, I was probably the only guest there😅. The boss is very nice, helpful and honest. The hotel is also very comfortable. Huanglong is also beautiful in winter.

The room is clean and odorless. The boss picked us up at the high-speed rail station. He was very welcoming. We like the hotel environment very much. There are many green plants in the yard and rooms. It feels very at home. The transportation is also very convenient. It is not far from the Huanglong Scenic Area. I will choose to stay in this hotel again if I have the chance.
