Check in was quick, we were given a goodie bag with drinks, snacks, disposable raincoats,and the room came with fruits. Floor was warm n the oxygen tank thgy helped. Oni lacking was size of toilet n hot water taking ages to heat up

Best hotel of our trip as the hotel even has the build-in oxygen generator. Breakfast is so plentiful of foods with high quality. Receptionist Wang Jing was so attentive. She added a WeChat and gave us everything we should know personally. We hope to stay longer but Songpan has nothing much to do except the ancient town and the way to Huanglong.

BUDGET HOTEL AT MAX. DONT STAY HERE.
Stayed 1 night. Front desk was unattended to during checkout..
In room temperature was 5degs during winter. Floor heating took 6 hours and was still barely warm and unable to heat up the air in the room. We had to sleep in our coats. When we woke up at 9am in the morning, we realised the floor heating had turned off by itself and we were unable to turn it on again. The hotel probably centrally controlled it to turn it off. Room toilet was extremely small. Room lock did not work and we had to rely on just the latch for safety. Toilet in public dining room was squatting only to our horror.

I came to stay at hotel because it's central between Huanglong and Jiuzhigou. The thing that really stood out about this hotel is the great service. 张可可 went above and beyond the call of duty. Since I don't speak Chinese, she assisted me in finding a restaurant and even came to the restaurant across the street when I couldn't order the food properly. She also arranged transportation for me to cableway at Huanglong, since it turns out that Didi doesn't have any drivers in this part of China. I feel like the care for the guests' wellbeing is what makes this a 5-star hotel experience. Thank you!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is brand new and very clean. During my stay Ms. Li Hongmei, 管家红梅, brought free fruits to my room every day, which is beyond my expectation. With its exceptional service and convenient location, I’d strongly recommend to anyone who is planning to visit Huanglong (黄龙）scenic area.

The hotel is great. Zhang Kokoto, the service manager at the hotel, has been really helpful. Highly recommend! Not far from Huanglong national park.

Hotel is new and clean. Room is spacious. The restaurant is good - we had our dinner there and enjoy it. Breakfast is quite standard.

Excellent service had been given by in taking care of customers’ needs. Mr Lee helped us to book taxi for our early morning train. The front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful when we needed local adaptor for my mobile phone charging. A Welcome ******* Tea was given to us free at the lounge. Free snack pack which included panchos was provided free for our tour at Huanglong and Jiuzhaigou. All these thoughtful things had made our stay with extra enjoyment.
