Great service! Staffs are really nice. The hotel is kind of blocked by other surrounded buildings and it is not that easy to locate. There is no mirror inside the room. Only the washroom have a mirror. The washroom is big but there is no place for you to hang towels and clothes.

Check in was quick, we were given a goodie bag with drinks, snacks, disposable raincoats,and the room came with fruits. Floor was warm n the oxygen tank thgy helped. Oni lacking was size of toilet n hot water taking ages to heat up

Good location in the city center, easy to find restaurants nearby. I think the hotel just renovated, the guest room is quite new, I like automatic toilet. Breakfast also very good. I like they have salad bar , full of vegetables.
The most satisfaction is the reception service , they are kind and very welcome, the gentleman staff help me sent my clothes to laundry room and I can received in the morning at reception when I checked out. The staff in breakfast room also good.

Best hotel of our trip as the hotel even has the build-in oxygen generator. Breakfast is so plentiful of foods with high quality. Receptionist Wang Jing was so attentive. She added a WeChat and gave us everything we should know personally. We hope to stay longer but Songpan has nothing much to do except the ancient town and the way to Huanglong.

I had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What made the experience even more memorable was the warm hospitality I received from the staff—especially Ms. Hong Mei. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure guests feel at home. Her genuine care and professionalism truly stood out and added a personal touch to my visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy stay with top-notch service!

We stayed one night at this new hotel and were happy with it. The staff, especially our butler Ram (管家拉姆), were very helpful, friendly and courteous. I liked that the hotel had an automatic oxygen supply in the rooms at certain times in the night - it made for a very restful sleep. I would stay here again the next time we go back to Songpan.

Conveniently located 25 mins drive to HuangLong scenic area and 15 mins to the train station. Close to many restaurants. The hotel is simple but has what you need for a night. Common areas are cold but floor heating in the room is nice. I found it a little too pricey for what it offers and for the average in the area.
