酒店是新開的，各種設施還沒有配套，洗手間沒有鏡子，地上沒有防滑墊，水龍頭沒有冷水熱水標識，馬桶旁邊也沒有放紙巾盒。電燈開關也沒有標識，沒有牀頭櫃，床頭沒有燈開關。還需要下床開關燈。門上也沒有消防逃生標識，沒有火災時用的逃生面具，兩張床只有一側有插座。

酒店是新裝修的，前台大廳很大很空曠，無早餐服務。房間設施普通，洗手枱很小，也沒有乾濕分離，洗個澡就水漫金山，兩雙拖鞋都很小，也不知道是怎麼想的、連雙標準的男士拖鞋都沒有。
酒店出門左轉到路口有一家帶皮黃牛肉粉，很好吃。

房間乾淨比較大，設備比較簡單 ，周圍吃飯挺多的，有個停車場停車方便，就是正在修路不太好開車，酒店離景區大峽谷比較近。

因去銅仁大峽谷，在攜程上反覆篩選後選了這家酒店，感覺沒選錯。房間很大，好像是才裝修過不久，設施簡便，實用。很乾凈。前台帥哥服務很好。就是衞生間地面裝修下水好像處理的不好，地面到地漏斜度不對，洗完後積水，好在酒店放了刮水器，得自己刮幾下就好，這是裝修施工的問題，不是酒店服務的問題，所以不影響對酒店服務的好評。有停車的地方，在酒店後面，得繞一下。就是後面道路整體在修繕，暫時不太好走。

房間特冷，有空調但是開了跟沒開一樣，真不開玩笑，整個晚上沒一點熱風，還不如那種電暖小太陽，洗澡水還很小。對了，晚上打電話諮詢接送機服務，電話被掛斷然後沒有後續。大家謹慎選擇！

找了好久才找到的一家環境最好的酒店，睡眠感受上對標常住的七天和宜尚酒店，簡約商務風，老闆人還挺好的，下大雨還開車送我，挺暖心。

房間超級大，設施完全，在當地少有的都市風，乾淨整潔的酒店，酒店很新，老闆還幫忙拿行李。裝修風格簡潔時尚。距離機場鳳凰城，大峽谷開車都比較近。以後如果再來銅仁一定還會選擇。贊
