衞生一般，環境有點差，周邊什麼也沒有！居住條件就像個小旅店，完全達不到酒店的級別！！！空調暖氣跟沒有一樣，一點也不暖！！！熱水也不熱，都要給凍感冒了！！！

晚上十二點前抵達，因為看評分很高，忽略了原來是2010年的酒店，還有這酒店的標準我搞不懂，這應該衹能説是民宿，抵達是晚上十一點45分，大門緊鎖，但是旁邊放着聯繫店主的電話，撥打了店主才下樓開門辦理入住，我們住三樓，是步梯，還好沒帶太多行李，暖氣不暖，沒有熱水，如果夏天來可能還可以湊合，但是我們來的晚上是零度，真的太冷了！周邊都黑呼呼的，沒有吃的，如果點外賣都是燒烤，而且還要等70分鐘以上配送！

房間很乾凈，設施齊全也很新，還有寬敞的露台，舒適度挺高的。服務員很熱情，餐廳菜味道還不錯。重要的是離銅仁大峽谷近，有機會來玩時還住這裏。

老闆因沒有大床房免費升級套間，衞生裝修都不錯，周圍環境前有水後有山安靜，出行幾天不錯的體驗，強烈推薦。
