位置比較偏，距離松陽古街開車大概7-8分鐘，酒店是新裝修的，設施都是新的，智能馬桶，房間也比較寬敞，就是衞生間有異味，可能是下水道返上來的。早飯中規中矩，能吃飽，性價還是比較高的。

房間隔音很差，而且又是正對着電梯，走過的人説話都聽的清清楚楚，晚上休息不好，早上七點多就開始吵，走廊裏的聲音聽的一清二楚，又是臨街的，樓下的車流聲，還有騎摩託車的巨吵無比。衞生也不好，很臟一看就不仔細打理，感覺哪裡都臟臟的！
