房間寬敞明亮舒適乾淨，度假山莊地理位置優越，離名勝古蹟老街不遠，園內環境舒適空氣質量良好，內有親子遊樂設施和公園，酒店總枱、客房服務等工作人員熱情友愛，當晚入住酒店的客人還送夜宵“白木耳紅棗桂圓湯”，退房時還有伴手禮“旅行U型枕”，雖然是途徑臨時攜程訂房入住，但讓我們感受到了賓客至上温馨到家的服務體驗👍

酒店環境不錯，設施齊全，衞生有的地方需要加強，前台服務態度可以，有需求都會積極響應，客房工作人員態度好，能積極處理問題。早餐也還可以，符合定位，可以再豐富些，酒店是度假村，面積大，項目多，適合度假。離縣城近，吃飯也方便。
