我是7月28號入住該酒店，因為是在這裏酒店辦的酒席所以就入住了，起初沒想到酒店環境特別差，甲醛味道嚴重超標，味道特別刺鼻，一共訂了6間房都是一樣的味道刺鼻，客房服務也很差，上午10出門，晚上回來房間也沒有打掃，儘量大家還是選擇其他酒店吧。
第二件事：8月1日凌晨1點在酒店裡洗澡時滑倒導致手腕被劃傷，酒店裡防滑墊、防滑拖鞋什麼都沒有，受傷當晚我就叫酒店人員前去查看，並且表明是在你們酒店裡弄傷的要求給個説法和態度，並不是要訛人，我們是受傷者縫了4針換做誰都會生氣，第二天早上到前台，前台收銀告訴我不能證明是在酒店裡弄傷的，他們也沒有看到事情經過，告訴我們隨便去哪裡投訴都可以，或者起訴都行。酒店一律不管。隨後打了12345和消費者協會也是沒有用，他們也不管，我是從外地過來的沒有時間去消耗，如果有精力我肯定會起訴的。
我就想問問酒店你們老闆是***嗎？開的是黑店嗎？服務態度這麼強硬，願意去哪裡告都行？有保護傘啊？沒有服務？沒有保障？就這樣的酒店大家還是選擇其他的吧。

第三次入住該酒店，酒店開業時間不長，比較新，房間面積夠大，條件不錯，早晨品種單一，有待提高，與酒店規模不匹配，房間價格也不便宜.

房間智能化佈局，衞生設施都不錯，睡覺很舒服，早餐也不錯，就是服務不太行，訂的房間帶早餐衹給了一張券，必須要下樓帶上身份證取了另一張才可以。

房間新裝修的略有味道，但是設施還是很不錯的，遺憾的是住了三天洗澡水都不熱，房間的吹風機功率太小了，女生短髮半天都吹不乾和房間價位太不匹配。早餐還是蠻豐富的！前台的美女服務很好，禮貌熱情！
