It is certainly not an Inn to Remember! An Inn to forget for sure! Stale pastries left outside for breakfast. We were given the smallest room at the back of the property. I did call and mention my disability. Don’t forget to put the service my room sign on the door or the room will not be serviced.

Hmm, not sure where to start. Pulled in driveway which is very tight. Zero contact with owners/staff which is ok, I guess but leads to a very impersonal experience . Room is clean, cute but tight quarters especially when you enter through the front door. Back patio is cute yet the family who stayed or live behind the patio were loud with screeching children, not over exaggerating, so not the quiet oasis as described on the website. Pastries delivered in the morning were delish but we never received a carafe of coffee as described on the website but there is a Keurig in room. Best thing about the place is the location. Basically it’s an overpriced room and doesn’t live up to the experience as described on website. There are definitely better options. Not our first time here in Sonoma and wouldn’t recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet and unique experience. Sorry to have to write a poor review.

The location of the inn is perfect, just a few steps from Sonoma Square and opposite the excellent restaurant The Girl and the Fig. Check in was smooth with instructions sent by SMS and it was self service check in and check out. We didn’t see any staff during our stay. The room (Jasmine) was very cozy and the bed was comfortable with high quality linen and towels. The bathroom had a huge bath tub but a very poor shower. The room was tiny with no space for luggage. Breakfast was a pasty and a jug of coffee. For some reason my friend who booked another room had two pastries delivered each morning when I had one. Not a big deal but both rooms were booked for 1 person. I’d prefer a cheaper rate and no breakfast- there are good options in the square. Overall we enjoyed our stay and as accommodation is pricey in Sonoma this was quite good value.

Stayed in the Palm Garden Suite. It’s a great location. It was clean. Check-in consists of picking up an envelop from the back porch - no interaction with the staff - he did poke his head out to say have a great stay. The room is small and tight. There is no place to sit (the chairs inside look more like ornamental antiques - I didn’t sit in them for fear of breaking them, and they looked very uncomfortable.) The same goes for the outdoor seating in the back. The bed is very soft. The AC unit for the place is right outside this room so you hear it all night long. If you have a big car or truck, parking is very tight. Not a bad place, but we’ll find somewhere else next time.

Based on the good reviews, we stayed at An Inn To Remember to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary during a tour of wine country. We even paid for a suite and expected it to be a special stay. While the room was clean and the outdoor patio was cool (it rained so we couldn't use it), the room didn't justify the price. There was no acknowledgement of our anniversary and no response when I emailed them about restaurant recommendations. It was very impersonal because there is no front desk or person to welcome you. The walls were very thin and we could hear our neighbors coughing/talking. The location was good but the parking is very tight. While the morning pastry and coffee were good I don't think it should be called a breakfast --it's just a pastry and coffee. It was our first time in Sonoma and I think there are better options to stay in the area for the costs of the suites especially.

If you ever wanted to spend your hard-earned vacation at a trailer park, then you are in luck! The main house and the common area therein looks very nice, but it is locked up and off limits. Instead, you will get directed to a barrack in the back divided into tiny rooms. Amazingly enough, they thought about everything. No need for you to bring a suitcase, because there is no room to open it. The bathroom is literally so small that you don't need to bring your vanity set, because there is no place to squeeze it in. The owners cognizant of all of the above are not reachable. Instead, you get directed to their answering service, which, while has very nice staff, it is useless as the owners ignore any and all messages left there. Overall, truly a trailer park experience in the heart of wine country :) What comes to mind is an acronym that was concocted from the name of now defunct Belgian airline called Sabena - Such A Bad Experience Never Again.

Going to do Pros and Cons, but start with the Cons. CONS- 1. We had a 3 night reservation, had the 'Do not disturb" door hanger on the entire time and the plaque in the room says housekeeping isn't available and towels are in the communal area and to call if you need anything else. On Saturday (day 2), I was hanging in the room while husband was showering around 10am. I saw the door handle move up and thought maybe a guest was going in the wrong room (although only 2 rooms inside the main bldg) then about 2 minutes later, keys go in and they are unlocking, I yell "someone is in here" and they go sorry. Ummmm, ever hear of knocking before trying to enter a guest room? Very unprofessional and disturbing. 2. Shower was hurting for water pressure and there were 3 containers of products in the shower, but only 1 labeled, we didn't use any. 4.There is a lot of street noise if you are in the Rose Garden room even with a fan and sound machine, but we survived. 5. Parking if you have a large car or not great at maneuvering tight areas, but off the street parking is a plus. PROS! - Super cute place with a communal area with fridge and microwave. Breakfast was really presented beautifully and delivered to right outside your room. Danish, fresh fruit, yogurt and delicious coffee. LOCATION! Walking distance to the square and all the great tasting rooms, shopping and restaurants, Whole Foods, CVS, 7/11, etc. And last but not least the king size bed in the room was so comfortable with high quality linens and towels. There is a small courtyard in the front of the building perfect for an afternoon snack and glass of wine for the 2 rooms that are in the main bldg. There was zero contact at this B&B so we didn't see any staff and we are totally fine with that. We would 100% stay here again if we are in the area.

In the center of sonoma, a peace of heaven is waiting for you. The kindness of the hostess, Elisa, the decoration of the rooms and the atmosphere of the place make us whish we could stay forever. We simply loved it
