This place has disgraceful service , my flights into Napoli were changed by the flight company , these people kept my €696 for a 5 day stay and the € 80 for the rescheduled booking too, these people are quite rude and extremely disrespectful and totally unhelpful , don’t stay here , there are hundreds of better choices and you should stay elsewhere so you can enjoy your holiday

Do not stay here! You can’t get hold of them and I arrived after 8:30pm and couldn’t get hold of anyone so had to stay someone else. Went back in the morning and they had apparently given my room to someone else even though I’d paid for my stay in advance and it was very busy at the time so it was hard to find somewhere else to stay. They also never gave me a refund and found them to be very rude when I asked about it. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

This place is extremely good value for money, it is basic but comfortable, close to everything . Half board option is good, everybody is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is basic, so don't choose it if you want more than comfortable bed in a close to central location.

This was my second time staying in a hostel. I was very happy with the out come. I was worried about leaving my stuff in the room since there was no place to secure my stuff but the lady in the front assured me that my stuff would be okay but if I wanted to leave some stuff locked up, I could. AC in the room works great. The bathroom & shower is small. It’s not as private as I would prefer but it’s not a big deal. There’s not much space in the room shared with 6 people but I managed. They do have the option for breakfast for €5 a day but it opt out of it. It’s about at 15 minute walk to the ferry & 7 minute walk from the main town, where the shops begin. There’s good stores nearby where you can get essential necessities such as toiletries. Wifi works okay. At times I had to disconnect to use my own internet because it was very slow or wouldn’t work at all. Towels are an extra €2. Overall I had a great 3 night stay. I would come back here and recommend this place.

SCAM. Awful experience, do not go here. We were scammed. We payed a ridiculous amount (€148) for a double room but were moved last minute to a cheaper hotel (€90) for the room. They refused to refund us any of the difference. Furthermore, they claimed we didn't stay there so that we could not review them on Booking. Staff are incredibly rude and condescending and the price is way too high. I repeat, do not stay here. They are scammers. Breakfast was awful. For €5, we got a dry croissant, a heavily watered down orange juice and the most disgusting coffee.
