Very nice hotel, atmospheric and beautiful. The men at the front desk are very polite and enthusiastic. It's a pity that the restaurant starts breakfast at 7 o'clock, and many customers are already waiting at the door, and the restaurant's door will not open on time at 7 o'clock, it will always be 2 or 3 minutes late, but the fact is that there are not many service staff in the restaurant. In fact, even if it is not ready within the specified time, at least the door should be opened on time, and guests should not be allowed to stand outside the door and wait.

The hotel on the cliff has a particularly beautiful scenery. The service staff is friendly and thoughtful, full of details. The hotel breakfast and facilities are of good quality, making us feel at home. It is highly recommended 👍👍. The room is clean and tidy, and toiletries are available. Facing Mount Vesuvius, the hotel is in a very good location and close to the pier. There are many restaurants and small shops around. Breakfast is average, not much delicious. The service staff is very friendly. Parking is 20 euros per day.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and a nice terrace and pool area. Free shuttle bus to the centre of town.

I would think with the pictures showing a pool and daybeds these would be free but when we got there they told us they are 15euro each day to use even though we are hotel guests. The reason we chose a hotel with a pool rather than paying for 1 at the beach. Very disappointed. The showers are very small we aren’t big people and found it hard showering. Balcony was good as could rinse clothes and dry outside but just placed over the chairs. No kettle in the room but can get free coffee with breakfast. Breakfast was included which was great. Scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, danishes, juice and coffee. Location was great coming off the ferry as right at the port with luggage. If going to town it’s a big stair case up to the top or you can walk along the beach to the lift down the road which is 2 euro to use. The bar upstairs has amazing sunsets, lovely watching the sun go down and they have a DJ playing lovely slow singing music which all generations could enjoy. The drinks are slightly priced at the bar though. The restaurant at bottom of hotel was great. 7 euro Margherita pizza and you get 10% off being a hotel guest. I would probably next time stay in town as closer to everything but I like walking and hiking for exercise so the big staircase worked for me but wouldn’t for lots of people. I think the hotel may of said they have free taxi to town but not 100 % sure.

The whole stay at Johanna’s park Hotel was very satisfying. The hotel provides you with a service that takes you straight into the town centre and back, same goes for the time table regarding the scheduled pick up times. Staff was welcoming and helpful, rooms spacious and reliable for what the hotel advertises. An absolute favourite was the breakfast, INSANE! The guys working there and serving us were full of passion and love for what they do. Definitely going back!

Great hotel, great location, recommended to stay here! The front desk service is very good! Will recommend where to eat and where to have fun. It is very happy to stay here!
