Booked two rooms for my sister and her girlfriend’s family. They had a great and comfortable stay. Rooms were clean and modern and location was excellent. Perfect for anyone vacationing in Sorsogon.

The place is nicely located. I think the room is fine and comfortable. But the amenities is a little underwhelming overall it was an okay stay.

First I must say is the staff where excellent The hotel is in need of improvement and updating The Wi-Fi is very bad only any good at the reception We only stayed 1 night and that was plenty the room we where given had no window you look out of or let some fresh air in Air conditioning worked very well The location of the hotel was excellent

We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the waiting area had a fish tank that was extremely dirty, and the receptionists were more interested in chatting with each other than in welcoming guests. The room itself was in unacceptable condition – dirt everywhere and millions of ants crawling around, including on the bed! The bathroom towels were filthy, and we didn't even dare to eat at the hotel given the state of hygiene. Though we were booked for several nights, we left after just one. This hotel is in desperate need of renovation, a deep clean, and proper staff training.
