Sorsogon Hotels with Airport pickup service

The facilities are not good at all. Just lower your expectations. There is nothing in the room except soap, 1 small shampoo, and 2 towels. Yes, there is no phone. You have to go downstairs to the front desk to find someone for anything. The front desk locks the door at 10 pm. In order not to treat myself badly, I still booked the best room. The room is much larger, with a balcony, hot water air conditioning (the air conditioning is very noisy) and a refrigerator, because many rooms only have cold water and electric fans. There is no Wi-Fi in all rooms. I came here purely to see whale sharks. 100 meters to the right is the tourist center. Sign up for various diving and firefly watching activities at night, just for convenience. The service is OK, the attitude is very good and enthusiastic. It’s just that the food in the restaurant is very average, the shrimp is not fresh, and the fish is also cooked fishy. It is recommended to go out to eat or bring your own dry food to make do with 2 meals.

Amor farm resort is a lovely & chilled place to stay, the staff are really helpful & will do anything for you, the restaurant has very tasteful food on offer, the staff are happy to cook whatever is on the menu whatever time you decide to rock up to restaurant, wether it's breakfast/lunch/dinner you are after, we arrived here late January (2023) & booked only 3 nights, the weather here hasn't been great, it's been raining a lot since we headed south, the whale shark centre hasn't spotted whale sharks since the 1st Jan, which can't really be helped, due to unforeseen circumstances we have had to extend our stay, hopefully the weather will get better & we can see the whale sharks in their natural environment.

I needed somewhere peaceful and relaxing for a few days break. It was out of season and I chose the perfect place. The restaurant and bar were closed but the staff were really helpful and guided us to brilliant local eating places for our dinners. Will definitely look at heading back there next time I'm in the region.

We were stranded during typhoon Tisoy in Sorsogon City, unable to cross to Visayas. Fernandos hotel was a great family hotel, and we were lucky to be able to stay there for 2 nights with our own family. Surprisingly, many local Sorsogon families were also checked in as this hotel is known to be safe during this kind of weather, 24/7 power supply and WiFi and breakfast was readily available from the coffee shop at very humble prices (where can you breakfast for 150 pesos nowadays?) The staff was very accommodating and helpful with our needs, all well versed what to do when stranded in Sorsogon. We will definitely come again during fine weather.
