The room was really nice big and comfortable. The spa too was very enjoyable. The meal that we had in the bar though was terrible, very overpriced for very mediocre quality so would recommend avoiding eating here.

That hotel is just amazing. Everybody is very friendly and make you feel very welcome.
The food is to die for. We will certainly go back.

Hotel is nice although outside space is being renovated. Had a disappointing spa experience - reception called us 2 hours after we got home that they forgot to charge us half of the price. We paid but it’s very unprofessional for such a supposedly high class/quality hotel. Barely got an apology for their mistake that we agreed to correct but didn’t have to. Will not recommend or be back. Find professionals at another spa/hotel that bills you properly the first time…

Calm environment, various hammams and saunas.
Large bedroom but smells cigarette and strong detergent.
Breakfast buffet was just ok, nothing amazing for a 4* hotel.
