Poor customer service, rude evening reception staff with lack of English understanding and lack of any understanding of customer service. Complained about blocked sink and toilets flush problem but he didn’t resolve issues. Rooms had insects crawling and corridor was flooded.

I mistakenly booked a single room in this hotel at a price of 27 USD.. Then I called the hotel to try to change the reservation to a matrimonial room because I am on vacation with my wife.. Their response was exploitative and told me to pay 66 USD to change the room type from single to double. Then I contacted the customer service to cancel the reservation and return my money, but without any benefit.. I contacted them for two whole days, but with no result.. The result was that I did not go to the hotel and lost my money.

So we decided to book a getaway with our son, who's 15 and disabled So, 3 of us, 13th December to 20th December The weather was OK a few good warm days but the weather became quite cold in the evenings so please bring a jumper and warm clothes this time of year, The staff/entertainment were brilliant couldn't fault them miso, amin, and the gang top class always made time for us, always kept us entertained with shows, music, games, archery /darts, bowls, dance shows, drag shows fun entertainment aswell as funny entertainment, great for absolutely all ages, they really do keep the young ones entertained aswell, there is a tennis court, table tennis, football count, and crazy golf which was a challenge , There was a teenager club as well as under 12, plus, a park swings and slides, you have access to two hotels and facilities, including indoor pools which were still cold, jacuzzi, outdoor pools and slides, life guards on patrol, If u want to play the pool table, it is 1x2 diner Change was a problem. it's like gold dust, and had difficulties in getting Change, The drag show was great, but I had to pay for drinks in the night club yes there's a nightclub The food was hit and miss, but you always find something, a wide spread, And waiters were fantastic welcoming To be honest, the staff couldn't do enough for you .all amazing, rooms kept clean by the cleaners and fresh towels everyday,

This is my first trip ever to a hotel and I am loving life in this hotel. I have been allowed a week off work after a busy summer working the beach and now I'm sitting by the pool enjoying my all inclusive drinks and foods with friends has been the best 24 hours of my life. I keep ringing my friends showing them my special bracelet.

We had a fantastic holiday. The staff is very friendly. Everything is kept clean all day long. You can eat and drink at both Salem and Hotel Royal. The private beach is right next to the hotel. There is also plenty of entertainment thanks to the entertainment team. Joe in particular ensures that you have a fantastic time. He enthusiastically encourages you with archery and in the evening to dance together.

We had a great time at the hotel. It was just about a 5-minute walk to the private beach. We had a spacious room for just two people. The food and drinks were nice, and the people working here were also very kind. There were many activities to do on the terrain, so you wouldn't get bored. In particular, archery and pétanque were enjoyable, especially with Joe from the animation team. He is very friendly and kind. If you want to know what to see when visiting Sousse, he can tell you

Great resort would highly recommend everyone in staff went above and beyond. Very hard working. Shout out to Joe and the animation team. Great waiters including Soheil. Will defo return to this resort. Lovely food, staff and beach. Right on beach.
