A great place in a lovely location with phenomenal service. From the get go the staff did everything right. Brilliant for families.

Just returned from an amazing 2 weeks here. 2nd time for me and the man but 1st with the family. 7 of us in total, including an 11 month old baby. Had the best time ever. The hotel, grounds, and food were all amazing. But what really makes this hotel truly special is the staff. From housekeeping who keep the full hotel spotless all day every day, to the lifeguards, animation team Waiters, bar staff etc. Karim Ben Aoun , Sabri, Hamadi, Fedi,& Shabby really made our holiday extra special. This list does not stop at the ones names, every member of staff at this hotel is extremely helpful & friendly. We will defo be back & can't recommend it enough xx

Super hotel with lots of animation, also for kids. Rooms are clean, food is good. Very nice staff. The cocktails are super. Pools and beach are clean.

This review is based on the price paid — approximately £950 per person for 7 nights with a sea view. Overall, I had a lovely holiday, but the hotel didn’t fully meet my expectations, especially after hearing it described as “one of the nicest hotels in Sousse” and “a beautiful hotel.” The areas for improvement: • Room supplies: Toilet paper often ran out and wasn’t always restocked promptly. • Buffet food: While there was plenty of choice, the dishes were quite repetitive and lacked strong flavours. Popular items frequently ran out and weren’t quickly replenished. • Wine and à la carte restaurants: The wine wasn’t great, and both the Seafood and Italian à la cartes were quite bland and disappointing. • Facilities: The hotel and rooms feel dated and would benefit from a full refurbishment. • Balcony doors: Be cautious — they lock automatically. We were stuck outside for around 70 minutes before managing to open it. • Tunisian restaurant: Unfortunately, there was no availability throughout our stay. • Air conditioning: Very hit and miss. • Spa: My hot stone massage was good, but the setting lacked atmosphere — bright lighting, rusty bed, and music that only started midway through. A few small touches like aromas or softer lighting could make a big difference. • Wi-Fi: Unreliable in several areas. • Smoking: Smoking is allowed indoors, which can be overpowering if you’re a non-smoker. The positives: • Staff: Absolutely fantastic — friendly, welcoming, and attentive. • Service: Generally excellent throughout the resort. • Pool and beach: The pool area is lovely with plenty of loungers available. The beach is nice, though it becomes less pleasant the further you walk from the hotel. • Entertainment: Enjoyable and well-organised. • Terrace seating: Could use more seating for those not wanting to sit near the main stage, but overall the atmosphere is pleasant. • Food availability: Good access to snacks throughout the day thanks to the snack bar. Final thoughts: Would I stay again? Possibly — depending on the price. Would it be my first choice? No. Would I pay the same again? No. Did I still have a good holiday? Yes. Overall rating: 6/10

A132 We are currently staying at Jaz Tour Khalef Resort (27th September – 5th October) and are very pleased with our choice. The resort is spacious, beachfront, very clean, and well maintained. The food is varied and of good quality, with plenty of options for all tastes, even for fussy eaters. Our room is comfortable and spotless. Special thanks to Hanen, our room cleaner, who is exceptionally friendly and dedicated — she makes sure everything is perfect, even when we say it’s not necessary. The reception staff are also professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist, which makes the experience even better. The only area that could be improved is the corridors, which feel outdated and would benefit from refurbishment. Overall, we are enjoying a very positive stay and would definitely recommend this resort.
