It's a really beautiful hotel I loved my stay here the staff are wonderful and the vibe is really relaxed. I was a little tired towards the end of always being told "we don't have that drink/that food/the chef isn't working", and the rooms can be a little noisy but aside from this would 100% recommend.

I recently stayed at Coral Reef Resort in Andaman & Nicobar and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. Despite its appealing location, the lack of basic hospitality and maintenance made my stay frustrating and uncomfortable. Here are the key issues I faced: 1. Delayed Check-in (1.5 Hours Late) Upon arrival, I was made to wait for over 1.5 hours before getting my room, without any proper explanation or assistance. After a long journey, such delays are highly inconvenient and unacceptable. A well-managed hotel should ensure that rooms are ready on time for their guests. 2. Fluctuating Lighting in the Room The room lighting was erratic, constantly flickering and making the stay uncomfortable. This not only disrupted relaxation but also made it difficult to carry out simple tasks like reading or getting ready. 3. Clogged Drain in the Bathroom The bathroom drain was clogged, causing water to accumulate. This resulted in an unhygienic and unpleasant experience. Despite raising the issue, there was no prompt action taken to fix it. 4. Extreme Water Temperature in the Spray The water spray in the bathroom was either scalding hot or freezing cold, with no way to adjust it to a comfortable temperature. This made using the facility extremely inconvenient. 5. Dirty Cutlery in the Restaurant The restaurant’s hygiene standards were very poor. The cutlery provided was visibly dirty, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. It is highly disappointing to see such negligence in a place where guests expect basic hygiene. 6. Poor Restaurant Service The restaurant service was terribly slow and unprofessional. The staff was inattentive, and we had to wait excessively for even basic service like taking orders or getting food served. The lack of efficiency made dining at the hotel frustrating. 7. Room Not Cleaned the Next Day After a tiring day of exploring, we returned to find that the room had not been cleaned. The bed was unmade, the trash had not been taken out, and the bathroom was left as it was. Basic housekeeping should be a given in any hotel, and this lack of service was unacceptable. Final Thoughts The overall experience at Coral Reef Resort was far from what I expected. The combination of poor service, lack of hygiene, and maintenance issues made my stay frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel unless serious improvements are made. Guests deserve clean, well-maintained rooms and professional service, which was completely missing here.

Extremely poor service. Room cleaning is done after 3 pm! Food ordered in restaurant takes ages to come. Invariably, tea bags, milk sachets were forgotten. Maintenance of the room needs to be improved ( hair dryer was hanging on a thread!!). Curtain in bath short letting water out while taking shower!!! Poor training despite nice infrastructure! Will never opt for this brand again!!!

What a fantastic experience at CRR! The room, the private beach, the pool side bar/ dinning space were amazing! Overall the property has a great vibe. Can’t wait to be back during the peak season to experience the other activities which are not currently active (mangrove exploration etc).

Wow ! What an amazing Property. Really it's a beautiful scenic resort with luxurious rooms and amenities. We had booked 2 suites for 4 pax for staying between 6th to 8th February 2025. The entire booking process was very smooth and easy. We find best suggestions and deal for our stay. Will like to mention Ms. Priyanka Rai for her soft spoken nature and willingness to Reply/ solve each and every query with politeness. Would definitely suggest this property to everyone.
