we visited the pool once, the service was polite, and everythinng very clean. This whole experience took a downfall when we ordered food. we got chicken nuggets, a margarita pizza and a ceasars salad. The chicken nuggets were very bad, they tasted like chicken burger and literally made out stomachs hurt after. the pizza was burnt at most slices and the salad was way too salty.. would recommend the pool, but not the food.

Hotel itself was a nice hotel The staff was very rude and put off if you asked for any help with anything . I think this is a pre cruise hotel and the staff is tired of dealing with cruisers I would not stay here again Not a pleasant atmosphere to try to enjoy a vacation Do yourself a favor Stay somewhere else !!!
