The bedrooms are on the main level, along with a beautiful kitchen featuring cherry cabinets and an island with breakfast bar, and an awesome four-season porch overlooking the backyard and the beautiful river setting. The second-level loft has great natural light . Outside, you'll find concrete patio and walkway, and stairs leading down to the river and firepit. I don't allow any PARTIES!! of any kind ,NO smoking, No Pets . No eating in the bedrooms. PLEASE KNOW THAT I HAVE security cameras on my property outside. please follow and read all the house rules before booking. About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No eating in the bedrooms, NO EXTRA GEUST coming over for the day !! or a fee of $25 per person will be collected. We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy lakeside house! The neighborhood is nice and quiet, the river is very tranquil, perfect for relaxing mornings. Lots to do in the area, perfect for big groups. Host was so helpful and very kind. We would definitely stay here again!!

BEWARE!
This property has INSIDE cameras! We noticed it on the enclosed porch which has a window directly under it that shows the bathroom area. When the owner was asked about it they stated “it’s not on when guests are there” how are we supposed to believe that! It’s creepy and gross! The neighborhood is a bit rough, the neighbors across the street were out until 1am playing loud music and partying

Great place great host!
Sweet house on the Fox River away from the city craziness, but plenty of stuff nearby. Host was beyond accommodating! And we can't think them enough!
