The hotel is very old, which gives it some old school charm. There were lots of families and travellers staying on the resort. The room was clean, neat and comfortable. The pool was great for an afternoon swim. Fresh clean towels and bedding daily. Staff is most helpful. There is no restaurant onsite - but food deliveries are easy. Taxi & scooter hire was available. Central and easy to get around. Beaches are close nearby.

It shows it has everything but the s not kitchen/ restaurant in the hotel it's quite far from the city and has no immidete access for book site seeing or transport.

Peace and Calm is how I describe every minute of stay here. This is respite from the madhouse of city that Goa had become. Reasonably priced for longer status, the hotel is plonked in the midst of lush paddy fields and coconut groves with a hill flanking one side and the sea about 500m dn a winding green path. Flexibility to order via swiggy. Discovered an amazing Beachside restaurant called Joets just a couple of kms up the road near bogmalo beach. Live music and brilliant food. My favourite time of the year is the monsoon and nothing better than in Goa in a large coconut grove facing room with balcony. Check the pics

A very comfortable stay felt like home with lovely and helpful staff and the food was simply delicious—a peaceful environment. a lovely place to stay with your family and friends. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the hospitality is great.

I booked this hotel as it was the closest to goa manohar international airport (mopa. The rooms were in terrible condition. Unclean bedsheets, stinking toilets, no hot water, cockroaches in the room. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Better to travel a little longer and stay at a better hotel.
