This home is in a brand new development called The Harbor Club with a brand new indoor community pool as well as an outdoor pool. It's perfect for families or other mid sized groups. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This applies to anyone age 3 and over (kids 2 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc. If you plan to bring a pet we do charge a fee. To avoid fines, please ensure your pet has been added to your reservation. Notify our team to include this information if your pet was not added during the booking process. It's $199 per pet per stay to bring them along. For the safety and security of our guests and the neighborhood, there are external security cameras in the following locations on this home: 1. Front Door 2. Back Door These cameras record exterior areas only and hold the information for 30 days. Footage is only reviewed in the event of a break-in or any potential house rules violation. There are no cameras anywhere inside the home. We have exterior cameras located at the front door and back door (there are NO cameras inside the home). The base rate covers the first 3 people. Please be respectful of our neighbors, by keeping noise to a reasonable level and do not trespass onto anyone else's property. No smoking inside the house or garage. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a $1000 fine. Other general rules: 1. Respect our neighbor’s property and do not trespass into their yards or driveways. 2. Keep the noise outside to a reasonable level at all times. 3. Quiet hours outside begin at 9:30 pm. 4. Outside amplified music is prohibited. 5. Cars should be parked in the garage, on the driveway, or in front of the house. 6. Fireworks are prohibited on the property. 7. Neighbors are aware that guests often stay at this home. Please treat them with respect and courtesy as you would the people in your neighborhood. 8. Please lock all doors and windows 9. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. 10. No off-road vehicles are allowed on the premises. 11.. 12. Please do not attach anything to the walls or ceilings with tape, tacks or anything else as this can cause damage which you will be charged for. 13. Please place any moved furniture back in its original position. A $100 fee will apply if all items are not properly reset before checkout. 14.
