The staff was wonderful. I want to give a Big appreciation to the following people, Thelma, Ernestine, Sharon, Debra, Terrance, Britnni, and many others that I didn't get their names. I came here in an electric wheelchair and the batteries died so I was stuck here until the repair man came. I had no problems to report other than the internet kept going out which was not their fault 😒 🙃 I had my room cleaned every time I requested it and Ernestine done it very well and so did the other young lady that I didn't get her name.

DO NOT STAY! It’s a week later and we are still talking about how horrible this hotel was. We took one step in and booked a different hotel 5 minutes away, not caring about the money spent to get out of there as quick as possible. The smell was unbearable, stained sheets, bugs, unidentified white substance on the nightstand, cigarette ashes in the shower, and a floor that a cockroach would be skeptical to walk on. We did not feel safe and left within 10 minutes of walking in the room.

Carpet is old and worn out. Overall property and stairways need a lot of cleaning. Choice Hotel shows this property as a 3.7 out of 5 rating. I stay at Choice Hotels primarily and this should be rated as a 2.5 star property. I won't be back.

After 600 miles of driving for the day, I was exhausted and cranky. I was greeted by the sweetest desk clerk named Leah. I did not have a reservation because I didn’t know where I would end up stopping. She upgraded me to a hot tub room for regular price and sent me to my room happy. The room itself was ok. Some minor issues but nothing to make me want to leave. The room was dark and quiet and that was what I needed. I went to check out in the morning and Leah was there again. Yes they did let her go home and she was back. Breakfast was the usual fare. Leah topped off my coffee when the urn emptied and got waffle batter for the empty waffle maker. Thank you Leah for making this cranky man happy. Hopefully your boss sees this and is so impressed that he sends you to Hawaii for a week

Conveniently located right by the interstate. Fast food places within a minute or two. Better dining within 5-10 minutes. My room was exactly like I had anticipated. Clean sheets and fridge in the room. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would!! After getting screwed over on my original hotel, I called this hotel which happened to have a room available! The front desk lady, Tavonda Haskins was WONDERFUL!!! Especially with my two boys as we were trying to get to our room!
