South Jakarta Hotels with Bars

The room and the bathroom is spacious. Unfortunately the amenities is travel size so needed to be refill every day. I expect for the 5 stars hotel to have the big bottle for amenities. The carpet somehow a lil bit smelly and dirty. The breakfast have various options but the taste is not as good as the last time I had AYCE dinner in this hotel few months ago. When I came on the first day bringing my big luggage, the security didn’t help me at all🥲 so I got to carry by myself by stairs (luckily it was short stairs). However, the hotel staff were nice. Location very strategic and has a good view.

Pros: 1. Located in near pondok indah area, it is really easy to stroll around pondok indah and go on and off PIM 2. The room is clean and spacious, I love how they divided the closet room and the sleeping room in superior deluxe 3. Good facilities in the hotel such as spas, swimming pools, gym 4. The staff are really nice and helpful 5. The breafast is tasty, not much of a choice but still tastes great! Cons: 1. The restaurant and lobby are pretty small, so it's easily packed. You better get breakfast early when peak season to get a seat 2. Because the lobby and reception are small, it took times to check in or out, but there's not much place to sit down while waiting. Lastly, this is not a pros and cons but more of a hotel policy for safety deposit approximately around 300K . You will get it back shortly after checking out.

Location wise has few distance to SCBD. Food for breakfast is very good. Massage is very good for me. Overall this hotel is recommendable.

I stayed in this hotel for 9 days. This hotel is located in a nice area in Tebet, South Jakarta. Close to numerous big malls and also Evo Tebet Park. There are 3 Busway stops and 2 LRT stops which makes your travel easier around Jakarta. The staff are friendly, and the room is big and clean. I like that they don't use water bottles anymore and just give you a pitcher to fill in the water anytime you want. I booked the room without breakfast because there are many breakfast places behind the hotel, so I do not have any reviews about their breakfast selection. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family, and I would love to come back here again.

Breakfast was great. The variety and the taste of food are good, in my opinion, or even better than some renowned 5 star hotel. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The location also perfect for our agenda and was surrounding by a lot of culinary places. There were 2 things that annoyed us during the stay: 1. The room is not sound insulated enough. We could hear our neighbor and also the external part of air conditioner. 2. The towels provided look like worn out and not as white as it supposed to be.

Once, I told you this is not the first time to stay in this hotel. I always choose this hotel because the location close everywhere, and I think for the cleanliness good enough. But Idk why I never get ‘’THE BEST SERVICE” from reception. They are really unfriendly, especially ‘’Erika’’ as I said, this is not my first time staying at this hotel. and I often meet her. but I've never seen her smile. unfortunately when someone stays in a hotel what is expected is a good service, right?? But you didn’t get what you expected here. Let me tell you my bad experience. I stayed in this hotel for 2 night. The first day I checked in, I got room 1501, and the air conditioner was problem, then I Asked reception to move, and I moved to 901. Again, the bed not balanced ”jomplang''. You can check one of the bed from 901 (twin bed). And I moved again to 910. The room was ok But….. u know??? On second day I extended my room, and I asked to move to another room even with same type (twin bed) reception said their are fully booked. But, I checked on travel agent (agoda, booking.com, traveloka) THEY STILL HAVE ROOM. What you think??? They are was lie to me. One of my question is, why you didn’t allowed me to move when I extend? If you said your hotel was fully booked, and high occupancy, you couldn’t give early check in to guest. But when I came to reception to update my key around 12.00, I saw the guest can check in at the time. How come??? Waaiiittt… not only that, When I called to reception (erica) I asked her to clean my room and join my bed due to they didn’t allowed me to move and they said Queen bed was fullbooked. And she said YES. But when I left hotel around 3pm on Saturday, feb 26. I put make up room sign on my door knob, and I see housekeeping In the front of 901 he’s still cleaning that room. Then, I came to reception to payment my room, and extend my key. When I came back to hotel around 23.00, I really feel tired. and I really want to take a rest when I arrived to my room. And TARAAAA…… it’s really suprisingly, they are really SURPRISE ME. MY ROOM STILL DIRTY AND UNTIDY. I asked to reception why they didn’t clean my room? I asked to move and ofcourse she said full. Then she offer me, housekeeping will come to clean my room. And ya, there is no another choice. I said okay, just do it right now. Again again and again, no one comes to my room after 20 minutes I'm going to reception and met with indah but she's just listened what I said, unrespectful, unresponsif. I have to wait 20 minutes for housekeeping come to my room and ofcourse I need to wait him to clean my room. I asked indah to confirmed to me why this case happened? Guess what?? No one confirmed to me. The last, no apologize from reception when I checked out. I really really feel DISAPPOINTED!! All good comments here about their service is not real.

The biggest problem is waiting for elevators . On the day of checkin, I have to wait for 20+minute to reach my room 3309. I have many visitors Wisit’s me during my stay and all were complaining about the elevators problem. Out of three elevators, only two are functioning. Sometimes I had to use service lift to come down. Do improve this service and visitor will be happy

Descent hotel for business travelers. Polite and prompt service from front office to housekeeping team and overall general staff. Keep up the good work.

The 1st time we encounter a high floor hotel in Jakarta and it was amazing! Compared to other hotels with high floor concept that are business friendly and somehow lack of family support (tried some in Japan though), Langham Jakarta is very family friendly while still also friendly for business issues. We had staycation here for our anniversary (and plus an infant now). So much thank you to the team (Ms. Yuca, Ms. Haniffa, Ms. Lulu) helped me preparing the surprise for my wife. The decoration and cake are simple but very pretty. Oh, and its very nice to have your romantic event here. Either dining at Tom's or making it in room dining, views are supporting your wish for the night. The breakfast also great! Haven't taste a good breakfast in Jakarta besides 1 other hotel near it. So far, I can rank breakfast at Tom's at 1st.
