Stayed there twice. First time was great. Booked a studio room this time and intended to stay for a week. The room looks nice. However, the shower was clogged literally 2 minutes right after I turned the shower on. Apparently there’s a lot of hair stuck in the drainage and has never been cleaned up. While I took the shower, I turned the tab in bathtub on, wanting to clean for the first round. The water in bathtub was grey color, so I didn’t even bother to go into it- considering the shower room is already flooded. However, when I drained all the water out, there’s so many brown ish color stains appeared in the bathtub. It was really gross. Called Maintenance in the morning as my partner wanting to take a quick shower before work, we booked an extra night and didn’t realize that we have booked a different room type. There’s no consideration about the shower issue we have reported already, Reception insisted to have us move rooms. No problem. But we ended our stay there and decided to move to other hotels. Service was okay before problems, no service recovery skills they uphold considering this is an Accor branded hotel.
