Newly renovated 3 bedroom home with a lower level sectional and lots of space for children to play. New kitchen, living room and bathrooms. Our home is located 5 minutes from Greenhill beach, Charlestown Beach and Breachway beach. Also close to Narragansett and Matunuck beaches. The quaint little area has so much to offer, a hometown bakery, deli, restaurants, playground, walking trails, kayaking, farm with animals children can feed and more. The area doesn't disappoint.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.We have a Pack n' Play and lots of toys and games..About customRules:NO PETS and Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the house. If you do need to smoke outside please do not leave cigarette butts on the ground..No loud music as we have year round neighbors. Clean remodeled home!
Lovely home. Very clean!! Only negative- Close to cell tower(?) just behind house. close to everything. Excellent communication with hosts! Nice stay!!

Great property for a young family
This property was welcoming, clean, and perfect for our family of 5! Great yard area with grill and firepit , and a finished basement stocked with toys for little ones on rainy days. Quick drive to many local beaches. Owners were responsive and easy to deal with! Would recommend.

Such a great, cute house and in a perfect location! I rented this house for some family to stay for a weekend wedding. They were so happy and felt right at home. Will definitely rent from Lisa again.

Great Mother/Daughter Getaway
My sisters-in-law and our daughters had our annual getaway at this beautiful home. We had an absolutely wonderful time. Easy access to local vineyards and the beach. Would definitely go back again.
