The hotel exceeds expectations for a 3-star establishment. Although it's located a bit away from the town center, there are plenty of shops and local eateries nearby. Guests can enjoy amenities such as WiFi and access to HBO channels for relaxation.

The best hotel in Sidempuan and just a perfect place in order to break the journey between Parapat to Bukittinggi, West Sumatra. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for 3 nights. This is the best hotel in Padang Sidimpuan, 3 star hotel. Padang Sidimpuan is not a big city, so having this kind of hotel is very nice. The room is spacious, however the facilities is very standard, nothing special. Wifi worked well. Breakfast food are mostly Indonesian food. This is a great hotel for a small city

we were give a smoking room. Nobody asked if we wanted smoking or non smoking. When reporting this at the service desk. First nobody did do anything. Then, asking for the manager, the man came. He started right away with telling us that it was all out fault. We should have done this and that. Of course we didnt except that at all. At one point we just left. No apologies or whatsoever. For the next hours I had trouble breathing.

We stayed there on our way from Lake Toba to Bukittinggi in October 2024. We didn't accept the first room: a windowless, musty and shabby hole. The second room was a little less disgusting, but was very loud, as it is on the very busy and extremely loud thoroughfare. The bathroom is disgusting and run down. But: The breakfast there was extremely good and varied!

A complicated night in this hotel. We had booked a room that we thought was a family room with two large double beds at a price of 40 euros per night, so compared to other accommodations we had no doubts. On arrival, two single beds for 4. After several discussions, we managed to change rooms and have a large double bed and an extrabed for an additional 20 euros. It will still take several exchanges with the reception to have a number of pillows and an extra duvet for the mattress on the floor. The room is very noisy although it does not overlook the street. Furthermore, we hear all the noise from the other rooms because all the rooms overlook an interior courtyard. Aging room, loose tapestry, once the bed is moved, it is not clean. On the other hand, the room staff is very nice. For us it will remain a very bad experience because 3 of us slept in a bed that was not very comfortable. Very poor value for money. At this price, we expected other comfort and I would like to point out that we are not traveling to luxurious places. Very disappointed with the service and the lack of commerciality even though the hotel was not full. We will manage not to pay for breakfast. For Europeans, there is just fruit and toast. Well stocked for local breakfasts but not tested.

Goed en basic hotel in deze weinig interessante stad. De kamer was goed. Het restaurant is goed van eten. Ze hebben ook Bintang bier. De bediening is hulpvaardig en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is ook goed. Ook zijn er redelijke opties voor westerlingen.

Habitación sin ventana, sin ventilación natural, oscura y con obligado aire acondicionado. Solicité en recepción una habitación con ventana de manera reiterada e infructuosa. Ignoro si la adjudicación fue porque la reserva se realizó a través de la agencia de viajes francesa, con sede en París, denominada Explorator, y que desaconsejo totalmente. Su gestión del viaje por Sumatra fue del todo poco recomendable.
