Important: → To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking. → This multi-level property requires 1 step to enter. 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms are located on the 1st floor, while the remaining bedrooms are on the 2nd floor → Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 exterior security camera located at the front entrance, facing outwards toward the driveway, a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera located at the back door facing the back door entrance, and a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera is located at the side entrance facing the side door entrance. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion while guests are in residence → The pool takes a summer break from heating during the warmer months (May until August). Don’t worry though — the sunshine usually does the trick! If you have any questions, we’re always happy to help. Pet Friendly: → A pet fee of $100/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately. We allow up to 2 dogs, each weighing no more than 50 lbs. Please let us know in advance if you'll be bringing pets. We kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture, beds, and out of the pool. Undisclosed pets will result in a penalty fee. → If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of $100 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation. Additional Services: → The BBQ grill is ready for you to enjoy at no extra cost! → We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance. We're happy to deliver: → Would you like a Pack ‘N Play crib and high chair for your stay? Just let us know in advance, and we’ll have it ready for you at no additional cost! 1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited. 2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. 3. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. 4.
