I booked the room for 2 nights. Stayed the first night in the room, but slept the 2nd night outside the room…on the ground…with my 5 year old, eating hot pizza! I was furious…the desk clerk was nowhere present when me and my daughter returned back to the premises, so we couldn’t get our key rescanned for entry. All of our belongings, along with the bed we reserved for the night, were inside of a room we couldn’t get to! I asked a couple of people for big towels so we wouldn’t be cold, but a sign on an establishment that says “will be back soon”, is very misleading, especially if you advertise it as a “24 hour” BUSINESS! I won’t be coming back there anytime soon, especially when there’s no one on duty for customers or business.
