The receptionists for day shift and night shift are both very impolite and not helpful at all. No luggage storage provided. The door lock was not working in the first assigned room . The overall cleanliness of the room is unacceptable. The lighting was not working. There was stain in the carpet.
Do not recommend this motel .

The room was clean and easily accessible. The bed was comfortable. I only stayed one night but it worked for a layover. There was a restaurant right next door and the food was good.

Good relative to its low cost: very clean and very basic, with a large comfortable bed. Yes it’s an old-style motel but that’s what makes it quaint and charming, like going back in time to the 1970s. Don’t listen to the negative reviews, those sound like they’re from guests who expected more newness and luxury - which this is not. It’s OK for a cheap overnight stay when you have a connecting flight at SFO. The free shuttle bus was packed and standing room only in the morning, but had a friendly driver.

The shower floated the bathroom floor. The Coffee pot has gross brown bits after filtering it with water to clean it 20 times. Overall It’s a place to crash overnight. Nothing fancy. Ihop next door is handy snd nearby. Gas station food store is handy for a quick pick ups.

Front desk good they charged me extral day and ii check out early baggage wan in holding in front wish I can get a refund I told them I check out early said no over charge was the 6-10 am prople
