We stayed at Delux Suits ( Two suits).. one of the worst experiences I am having right now staying at this Summit Tashi Ghang Heritage resort at Pelling. Most discourteous staff, unwelcoming front desk,poor quality of food and non-existent hospitality. This hotel is a blot on the entire hotel industry. It started with the mis information and still continuing.. I have audio clips of speaking with the customer care and reservations.. they are the worst One can come across in hotel industry.I wrote a detailed email to them as well but just they don't care.Location and rooms are really beautiful but the front desk..non existent administration and it seemed nobody in control.. the less you talk about the food part the better...can't even serve a cup of hot coffee.I am regretting staying at this place and won't advise anyone to stay here

One of the best hotel I have stayed in west Sikkim.Has the best rooms with views .it's 1.5km from the geyzing market,Rooms are kept clean n nice. It was a relaxing holidays for us and I would recommend to others also. Web enjoyed there and specially thanks to all the staffs..
