We booked 4 rooms in hotel ivory but hotel representative sold our rooms to someone else and after so many discussions with reception persons they arranged another small lodge for us even if we informed them in earlier for our bookings very disgusting.

The location of the hotel is in perfect side of the mountain from where we can see the spectacular view of mount kanchenzunga. And the hotel was also good
