The structure is beautiful from the outside. Inside it's obvious the place lacks maintenance. Hospitally is poor almost zero if not negative. We booked a weekend package which was supposed to come with spa, boat riding, WiFi. None of the above was available. WiFi was non functional. We were told the Spa lady had travelled but a single look at the spa tells you it hasn't been used in over a year, the stench and dust in the spa was an eyesore. We had to pay for a spa session at Holy Trinity Food is another disappointment. They options on the menu is scanty, even with that most of the things listed on the menu was not available in the kitchen. Breakfast is either tea or a local ghanaian meal, there is nothing like a buffet. Our package came with 3square meals for 2 days, all of these meals were served without water. Food takes about 45 to 80mins to be ready. Staff, I really don't know what their deal is, they find every request we make offensive. They accept the request with smiles and assurances but turn around grumbling in Ewe( I understood all they conversations because i am an Anlo girl). They see no sign of management or a manager around, if there was the person in question is very ineffective. Overall experience 2 out of 10. The worse hotel I have ever been to.
