Staff are friendly and location was great. The hotel undergoing renovation hacking being done in uncontrolled ***ner, dust is flying everywhere and noisy. Rooms facilities are worn out.

Huge hotel . Perfect room with nice design, Big and comfortable . - long check in process . In the room was super super cold. The air conditioner was turned on at +29, but it felt like +16. I turned off the air conditioner, and the room stopped being ice only in the morning.

The room is good, but secretly regretting that dinner should be international food. The main courses are all Indian food, no foreign options, very mediocre tastes. Buffet is not worth it. Do not top up at all. Waste of money. Breakfast is good, lots of options.

The location of the hotel was the beneficial one. The courteous behaviour of the staff is appreciable. The rooms have been clean and dust free. And safe too. The food is served to only the inmates was too good and i am extremely happy about it! neither too costly also! i look forward to stay at hotel shhourya in future visits to new delhi.
