Our stay at Nakai Beach Homestay was magical! Grant, the host, was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was a highlight—fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented—a perfect start to each day. The decor was stunning, with every detail thoughtfully curated to create a stylish and inviting ambiance. The serene environment was ideal for unwinding, enhanced by the gentle sounds and breathtaking views of the ocean. For those seeking relaxation, charm, and exceptional hospitality, this gem is highly recommended!

My partner and I visit Nakai on a regular basis. It is a wonderful space and gives us the opportunity to decompress and get in balance again. The decor is impeccable and the breakfast is unique and top quality. Direct access to the beach through the dune forests is a huge plus for us. In addition Grant and Paulo plate wonderful hosts.

This home stay is a jewel in the crown of Trafalgar on the KZN lower coast. The owners Grant and Paulo are superb hosts and their staff go out of their way to make your stay memorable. From the beautiful appointed room to the tasty and creative breakfast, nothing was too much trouble. We had typical October rainy weather for the two nights that we stayed there, but it did not affect the pleasure of the getaway at all. In fact with the world class view to help ebb away the stress, we soon found ourselves enveloped by the sheer bliss of the surroundings, helped along by the white noise created by the plethora of frogs that inhabit the beautiful gardens and surrounding bush. The walk down to the almost private beach is well worth the effort, with prolific bird life and stunning ocean scenery. Thanks guys for a truly memorable few days. Your oasis is superb and bliss certainly found us!

The property is very unique and has also an own unique design made by the owners themselves. I felt very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and the staff so friendly as the owners themselves. Thank you so much.

It felt like home. The owner is there with his team to offer a warm, hospitality that is so welcoming. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. The rooms are super comfy well decorated and the bedding so luxurious. Food was incredible too. Cannot recommend this place enough!
