Route 66 Hotel & Conference Center

Due to a mistake in my reservation, trying tò contact the hotel, never answered. Very bad!

We stayed one night at Route 66 Hotel. It wasn't the Four Seasons by any means, but for less than $80 on Valentine's Day, it was really good. Our room was clean, but did smell sort of like curry, but my wife and I love curry, so there's that. We ate at the restaurant onsite, and was pretty good. They were understaffed, so we had a wait. But it was worth waiting for. Overall, decent hotel for the money. We would stay there again.

Some of the room was outdated but clean! The staff the amenities and the bar and grill were fantastic!

There were a few positives to our stay. I requested flowers in the room for my girlfriend, and the hotel followed through, which was appreciated. The hotel restaurant employees were also excellent. Everyone we interacted with there was kind, friendly, and professional, and they were the best part of our stay. Devin at the front desk was also helpful. Unfortunately, the room experience was very disappointing. Our first room was dirty, with smudged windows, handprints on the walls, and an unclean bathroom. More seriously, we found multiple adult bedbugs, including one on a towel and several in the bed. The room also had little to no hot water, even after following staff instructions and waiting 15 to 30 minutes. We were moved to a second room, but it was still not clean. The curtains were dirty, the bathroom had not been properly cleaned, and there was a roach or similar insect on the floor. This room also had water issues. Some front desk interactions felt dismissive and unhelpful. While we appreciated the flowers and the kindness of the restaurant staff, the cleanliness issues, insects, lack of hot water, and how concerns were handled made this stay unacceptable.

Staff was courteous, room was very clean,great amenities, and the restaurant had great fresh food not to mention the bloody marys

My reservation was to be for Dec 27. After contacting both cash app and ******* NOONE was able to get in contact with any management at Route 66 to verify that I was not at the property and offer me a refund(cash app pay in four with afterpay) so now not only am I stuck paying this establishment for nothing, I also don't have the reservations for December that I needed.

Front desk told us at check in that the hot water would be shut off for another two hours. Hours later the same guy then told us the water wouldn’t be fixed till the next day. Would not accommodate. I don’t recommend staying here.

One night getaway Room was too small. Bed was comfortable. Staff friendly. Restaurant service poor, food was ok. Cocktails way over priced. $12 for a small glass.
