Carpet was wet room, roaches in the microwave and floor. Pillows very small one roll of tissue, Frigidaire was leaning, TV wasn't working. Did charge my room but that room didn't have the cable also the TV wasn't working properly. No ice bucket just ice bag. Elevator out had to take steps.

I recently stayed at the comfort suites and my stay was AMAZING. I booked a jacuzzi suite as a surprise for my boyfriends' birthday and it was a hit. We both enjoyed our stay, The room was very clean, and the staff were awesome. Definitely recommend.

The overall facilities of the hotel are very good, warm and comfortable, breakfast and service are very good, it is a little distance from the airport, if you are closer to where you are going, then you can recommend it.

my family and I spent one night at a quality inn in Southfield Mi the staff were nice the room was immaculate perfect location, i felt i won a mega million lottery i saw a Big boy restaurant on the other side of the road, 0.2 miles ( that was another story). Now every restaurant or hotel i visit, i want to make it better with my suggestion; the sign in the front of the hotel says ( hot breakfast) that is very good, but the reality is the waffle is the only ( Hot) now, if they put ( scrambled eggs) ( boiled eggs hot, not cold), that will be better, and if they put ( slices of turkey or ham ) and half of the bananas, that will be excellent ( hot and continental breakfast)

The building it self is in great shape. The rooms are beautiful and well adorned. Thats where the positive stay ends. The staff is the opposite of friendly and welcoming. When checking in the front desk clerk (shawn?) was very short and rude to my co worker telling him he booked my room wrong and caused him unneeded work. The next day the same man started talking back to a lady that was staying in the hotel. She asked for a trash bag and than another because they are not servicing the rooms because of covid. All my other experience with the staff have been uninviting. Seem to be troubling them to look up from there phones. On my check in day I asked the front desk to address a concern in my room. My smoke detectors (2) have been ripped of the ceiling and covered in a trash bag. 4 days later and 2 times a day I have notified the front desk and been told someone is on there way to fix and no one has done so. My room smells both of cigarettes and ****. Nothing has been done. My last night of my stay the the smoked Alarm went off at 11pm probably because of the hase that fills the hallway from all the **** smoke billowing fromm the smoke free rooms.

It was a nice stay for me and brothers, we came for family party, it was spacious, neat and clean, quiet neighborhood, my eldest brother was staying at best Western, he came to our room and said it was better than where he was staying by far, you guys should keep it up

There is no hot breakfast, so the breakfast is just a few biscuits and coffee. Very disappointed, there is nothing to eat next to it. The room equipment is very old and the sanitary conditions are generally the same.

They have totally upgraded their rooms. They were clean, bathroom especially was clean. I liked the little desk they had there. They didn’t have any light bulbs in the light and it’s looks dubious from outside but it was quiet. Mini fridge, microwave and safe. They might want to invest in some new new ac units, it sound like ice pouring when it cut down. My husband is 6’4 and I’m 5’11 but no fighting over the bed! But was big and roomy and super comfortable!
