The best hotel I have ever stayed in in the UK, no doubt about it, I recommend it to all travelers who come here to see the warships
The reception was very friendly, the room was very big, there were plenty of seats and beds, plenty of sockets, they had their own water, the bathroom was spacious and clean, the shower and bathtub were separate (much better than those rubbish designs where you have to stand in the bathtub to take a shower), it was very clean, and most importantly, the lighting was very bright (anyone who has stayed in a British hotel knows that hotels like Leonardo or Ibis always use indirect lighting, and the lights are so dim, it's just inexplicable)
It can be seen that this is a renovation of an old house that is at least 50 years old. The old locks have been abandoned and replaced with new sensor room cards; the fireplace has been filled and replaced with a whole-house heating system; the retro pull-cord toilet lights, etc., are decorated in the style of an old lady, but the necessary functions are not missing at all, giving the impression of a house renovation king.
Some things that are not disadvantages to me, but worth noting:
1. It seems that the heating temperature cannot be adjusted (but the temperature itself is fine, the bathroom temperature is warm)
2. The TV is old, and it’s only good for watching news. Forget about screen projection (does anyone really need this feature?)
3. There are no stairs, so you have to carry your heavy luggage by yourself
