From the beautiful drive to the property to friendly greeting upon arrival I knew I was in for a very special day. Before my arrival the wonderful staff was in communication with email as well as WhatsApp daily planning an unforgettable experience. I was treated like family and regretted leaving. The grounds and interiors are beautiful. Chef Mario is an outstanding chef and taking his cooking class was a huge bonus.

We loved our stay, it was just perfect. Beautiful room, great relaxed atmosphere and food was delicious. Cannot fault this place or the amazing service. All details thought about and catered for. The staff helped us plan out our few days and printed out a little itinerary to ensure we saw as much as possible in the region during our short trip. Thank you for a great stay, a perfect break for our 20th wedding anniversary.

What a lovely hotel. In a quiet peaceful location not far from Siena and other Tuscany villages and attractions. Staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly and attentive - couldn’t do enough for us and really worked to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Room was spacious, clean and lovely to stay in, with a little garden terrace to ourselves. Great pool. Plenty of space for relaxing. Restaurant served superb food and great recommendations for wine and drinks. They also gave great recommendations for other restaurants nearby.

It was our first stay at Relais Macine but definitely not our last. This place is just amazing. Our flight was delayed so we arrived pretty late, but this was no problem for Agostino at reception, he took time to show us around and reserved a dinner table for us. The place is a beautifully renovated old villa and yet kept the charm and character of when it was originally built. The rooms have all modern amenities you can ask for. The meals are a little pricy but definitely great quality. Elisa and her team - from reception to housekeeping and the staff in the restaurant are amazing and truly live great hospitality. A big thanks to all of you for making our stay simply amazing! We enjoyed every minute.

My husband and I spent 4 nights at this lovely Tuscan villa at the end of April and it was divine! It's tucked away in the hills and very relaxing. The included breakfast was incredible with farm fresh ingredients and delicious cappuccinos. The on-site dinner restaurant was one of our favorite places in all of Italy! It's on the pricer side but well worth it. Our server Michela was so friendly & helpful! Our room was very large and comfortable. The weather was a little chilly otherwise we would have gone in the pool. Superb experience!

Had a very nice stay. Peaceful and quiet. Good base to explore Tuscany. Service was personable and at a very high standard. Restsurant on property was fantastic. Homemade pasta changed daily and was incredibly good. Service in the dining room was also excellent. Will mosr definitely stay again when in Tuscany.

A wonderful property with superb service. Impeccable physical facility, accommodating staff, and excellent restaurant/bar. The pool area is well done, very relaxing and beautiful. Hotel is close to so many sites and wineries, yet secluded and intimate. Fantastic!

Very nice hotel with comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. The pool area is also very nice and relaxing. Easy to order drinks or food or even reserving a table for lunch or dinner using the hotel WhatsApp. Staff in general were also very nice.
