"This hotel deserves more than a five-star rating! Let's start with the location: it's nestled in a side alley right off Central Street, a mere minute's walk to the main thoroughfare. The Hongzhuan Morning Market is only three minutes away. How convenient is that?
Cleanliness: Spotless! We were staying with a young child, so we moved the sofa next to the bed to prevent falls, and there wasn't a speck of dust underneath, which shows how thoroughly they clean. The bedding was dry and pristine, the bathroom had no odors, the drains worked perfectly, and even the nooks and crannies were dust-free.
Facilities: Not brand new, but very well-maintained. The coffee machine was a nice and convenient touch.
Service: The service was arguably the best part – incredibly heartwarming. They called us the day before our arrival. We got there quite early, and although our room wasn't ready, they kindly stored our luggage. Around 10 AM, they called to let us know the room was cleaned and ready for check-in. The next day, our child had online classes until 1 PM, and they graciously granted us a late check-out. The gentleman at the entrance actively helped with our luggage and greeted us warmly every time we passed. Great service truly lies in these small details, offering friendly assistance within arm's reach. That was really impressive."

"The location is excellent, right on Shangzhi Street, just a hundred meters from Central Avenue. There's a bus stop right outside, making it super convenient to get around. The room was spacious and the facilities were quite new. The showerhead was the best I've experienced in a hotel recently – really comfortable! The service was very warm and friendly, and there was a generous supply of bottled water. Breakfast was also quite rich. I stayed for 3 nights, and the breakfast menu was the same every day. I'd suggest varying some of the items daily."

"I stayed at the Grand View Hotel for one night to take my child to the airport the next day. This was my first time experiencing such excellent service at a hotel. Although it's on a busy street, the soundproofing is great; I couldn't hear any traffic noise outside. There's a reasonably priced paid parking lot right across the street, which is much safer than parking on the roadside! Both the staff and receptionists were very welcoming. They offer afternoon tea and a warm towel upon arrival. The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options. My wife and child both thoroughly enjoyed it! This hotel offers great value for money and definitely deserves its five-diamond rating!"

The standard double room is practically just enough space for the bed, with no desk. The suites have a separate small room with a TV and coffee table, but are also quite cramped. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money this season, especially convenient for those with a car. The staff are also very friendly and helpful, making it a highly recommended hotel."

"I was truly impressed! I arrived at 1 AM, and the front desk staff was incredibly patient. The breakfast was delicious and the place was very clean. No strange smells from the bed or bathroom. Plus, the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, with the toilet and shower in separate cubicles, which was really convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Harbin. "Excellent location, right next to Central Street, and only a ten-minute walk to the Songhua River. The Red Zhuan Street morning market is also just two turns away.
The hygiene and service were both great. The hotel contacted me in advance to confirm my check-in time and even upgraded me to a room with a terrace. There was a fruit plate, and the mini-fridge drinks were complimentary and replenished promptly.
The room was clean, and the staff were all polite and enthusiastic. Since it's an older building, the hotel advises running the hot water beforehand and being mindful of the temperature. In reality, it didn't take long at all, probably about three to five minutes, and the water was hot.
Breakfast was also very good. The breakfast area isn't large, but the variety and quality of the breakfast items were excellent. I had a very comfortable stay."

Guest UserThe hotel's night view is fantastic. From the sky lobby, you can see the Songhua River, directly facing the Beer Festival, which is quite a sight. The hotel's location is also excellent, and the room layout is decent. All the facilities are new. It was quite crowded during the summer holidays, but the service was still good. After checking out, Yuki followed up to ask about my stay, which was a nice touch. Overall, a great experience.

Very cozy boutique-style hotel, not a big property, which makes the stay feel more personal and relaxing. Conveniently located near the ski resorts, with eateries and ski equipment rental just next to the hotel — extremely practical for ski trips.
The service was excellent, warm, and genuinely hospitable. It truly made us feel at home. The hotel team is made up of young, energetic staff who work together like a family. Special mention to Yuki, Claudia, and Logan— they were outstanding. Since my schedule was flexible, they thoughtfully helped plan my activities and were very helpful in arranging transportation and activities.
In-house facilities are just right: a kids’ playroom, self-service laundry, one restaurant, and a café bar. Everything is well-maintained and comfortable.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Overall, the hotel is well-kept and spotless.
A lovely stay — highly recommended for those looking for a warm, cozy, and hassle-free ski getaway.

Pingguodashu1234The hotel was spotless and exceptionally clean. Choosing the Sofitel for my trip to Harbin was an absolute delight. Its location is excellent, right near Xiangjiang Park and Wanda Plaza. It's also close to the subway, making it super convenient and stress-free to get to Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral. The lobby's French decor is grand and exquisite, with crystal chandeliers adding a wonderful ambiance. The guest rooms are clean and spacious, with ample heating. Paired with their signature bedding, the sleep comfort was top-notch. Amenities were fully stocked, and they thoughtfully provided a humidifier, which is perfect for Harbin's dry climate. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, including authentic Harbin red sausage and Russian dishes, alongside Western pastries and freshly ground coffee. The concierge and front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, proactively helping with luggage and planning my itinerary. With a heated pool and gym, my entire stay was comfortable and relaxing. It's definitely my top choice for future travels!

DDD_niniStayed here with a friend. The hotel has a lot of character and the bathtub is spacious – you can really stretch out in it. The breakfast spread is fantastic with a wide variety of options, and the freshly made dumplings and Lanzhou beef noodles were absolutely delicious. The fruit quality was also excellent. The pool water was clean. The only minor downside was that the TV in our room couldn't cast, but it wasn't a big deal. The front desk staff, Luna, was very responsive and provided excellent service. 👍

The room was spacious and generally clean. It was very soundproof with good ventilation, and there were no strange odors. The breakfast selection was rich, comparable to Wanda Vista. The hot springs offered a good variety of pools, and the water quality was excellent with no unpleasant smells. On Children's Day, kids under 1.5 meters were free, which was a fantastic bonus! The staff were very enthusiastic, and both check-in and check-out were quick.

Guest UserThis was my first stay at Qiu Guo, and I decided to give it a try. I ended up having such a great experience that I extended my stay. Even though it's a self-service laundry room, the staff still helped bring my clothes back to the room or even dried them for me – a big thumbs up! 👍 The facilities in the common area are also excellent, with things like hair ties, nail clippers, hair clips, paper clips, and even a printer. I'll definitely be staying at Qiu Guo again in the future.
The room was very new, and all the amenities worked perfectly. The hairdryer was a Laifen, the same brand I brought with me!

OhmaiI arrived late at night and the receptionist very helpful. Even though i cannot speak chinese and receptionist do not speak english, he always ask Siri on his phone to make sure everything go smoothly.
The receptionist even help me buy bread and drinks at the vending machine that requires Chinese phone number.
Room is spacious, clean. All items working well, just lack of internet connection maybe my room located at the end of the alley.
The best part, breakfast included too in the room rate. So you don’t have to go outside find breakfast during this cold weather 😃

The family room had a reasonable layout, suitable for children's activities. The water park had a variety of attractions, which the kids loved. The fruits, drinks, and Häagen-Dazs ice cream in the water park were good, but the food selection was too limited. The hotel is close to shopping areas like Sunac Mall, with convenient amenities and parking, making it suitable for short getaways with children.

I have to give a huge shout-out to the service at this hot spring hotel! I had a super tight schedule with my return high-speed train, and couldn't find a taxi outside. After talking to the front desk, they immediately arranged a car for me, and I made it to the high-speed train station just in time. The hot spring water quality is great, the rooms are clean, and the service is incredibly thoughtful. That final ride to the station really sealed the deal and made my impression of the hotel sky-high. Highly recommend to anyone who needs it!
