Throughout the stay, there were so many incredible moments.

One day we accidentally left our windows open when we left the room, they WeChat us to check if we wanted the room cooler, and that allowed them to help close the windows or we will be returning to a -20deg room after a long day, so thankful.
Used the self-service laundry (Free of charge) at the 7th floor. Forgot to collect my laundry and they actually helped to collect and send to our room and even helped to hang dry some not totally dried laundry.
There was a day that my slightly late collection of laundry, when I went to the laundry room, it was already taken out and folded nicely in my laundry bag.
We did not opt for breakfast, however the hotel have free coffee/tea machine and light snacks daily from 11am.
Our rooms were always well made-up.
They even gave lighters, warm sticky patch to me for free when I asked them where I could buy them from.
There was a day I chance upon the housekeeping staffs cleaning even the walk way display to the most meticulous detail.
Junyi hotel really impressed me even though they were my last hotel throughout my 2weeks trip in China.

"The hotel's afternoon tea was a highlight; the milk tea was delicious, and the Western-style pastries, yogurt, and desserts were all commendable. The room was a bit small but clean, with a Russian architectural style. The faucet was incredibly high (I'm 168cm, which is quite tall for a southerner, but I still couldn't reach the drying line in the bathroom – surprising for a Russian-style building with not-so-large rooms). The indoor heating definitely made you forget the outdoor cold. Recommended: It's very close to Metro Line 2 (3 stops to Harbin Ice and Snow World, Central Street, and Hongzhuan Morning Market are just a short walk away). There are plenty of BBQ joints and traditional pork stew restaurants nearby. It would be helpful to have two room cards for guests returning late at night. The service felt a bit robotic, understandable given the high foot traffic in the commercial area, which can lead to service fatigue. I'd still recommend this hotel for first-time visitors to Harbin, but the service needs to catch up with the room rates."

Service: I went at night. At that time, I was received by a thin sister. The attitude was very good and the work was very quick.
Whether there are other fees: there is a 200 deposit. Later, I went into the house and knew why I had to deposit the deposit, because the room was equipped with the hair dryer. Not to mention the hair dryer looked normal but it was very easy to use, but when I checked out, I refunded the deposit and returned the same way.
Environment: The room is OK, not too big, the cleaning is very warm and clean, the TV is very big, not so winding, just a remote control is very convenient.
But there is one thing I might want to say about my own experience. There was someone next to the room I stayed in. It should be a room that was retired at five o'clock in the morning. Then the aunt started to clean up after checking out. I can understand, but it really woke me up. I didn't fall asleep between five and six o'clock. There was always a sound.
The aunt who cleans the room can't sleep well. It is recommended that the aunt who checks out in the early morning can clean up at six or seven in the morning. The room is not big to be honest, so the sound insulation is destined not to be so good, but the whole is quite quiet. In the morning, cleaning is not a noisy guest, the second is that the aunts can sleep well after checking out, check whether the valuables are there, and the third is that there are no people in the morning, so there is no delay in check-in.
End: The little girl at the front desk seems to be new, but the attitude is very good. I checked out and waited for takeaway. Before leaving, she told me to walk slowly. It was very polite.

"Very satisfied. As I am a non-smoker, I booked a king-size bed room without window at first. However, due to the good heating, it was too hot in the middle of the night and I couldn't fall asleep at all. Then I called the front desk and asked if there were any other double rooms with windows on the same floor. The guy on duty said that I had booked it on the platform and needed to check the price on the platform and then pay the difference. I said okay. Then when I was calculating the price difference, he said, ”Sir, don't worry about it. The hotel will just upgrade you for free.” The next step was to move house and take a rest. A humane hotel, great and highly recommended."

"the hotel was great value for the price and has a few excellent points. Location is easy to get to the airport and ok for the winter attractions. Rooms are nice, though are showing their age. The facilities (gym/pool) we decided to avoid; they don't offer the resort or relaxation of other five star hotels. Food was consistently good and the club lounge is easily one of the best decors I've found. The service was consistently good from checkin especially. I would stay here again if Im in Harbin, but I would stress that I have allergies to try and get a real smoke-free room (our bathroom....)"

It's right next to a wetland park, which is a great spot for exercise. The air is fresh and the sky is blue. However, the hotel doesn't have any fitness facilities, and when I asked the staff about the advertised laundry room, they told me there wasn't one. The biggest drawback of not having a laundry room is the inconvenience of washing clothes."

The room decor was luxurious and grand, with complete facilities and impeccable cleanliness. The comfortable bedding ensured a great night's sleep. "What an incredible hotel this is. Our stay has been absolutely 5 star. The staff are incredibly helpful. I haven't remembered all their names but Suyu at the front desk was so helpful in ensuring we got settled in on arrival. It was early and cold when we arrived but this hotel provided us a warm haven.
This hotel has all the 5 star features you would expect and more. The multiple hot pools are a highlight. The outside heated pool was amazing during the snow.
The staff helped us navigate the city buses easily (the gentleman at the front desk was also great).
We will return to this hotel as soon as we can.

11360171****Arrived at the hotel with a mix of excitement and apprehension for winter in Harbin. As soon as we stepped out of the car, a handsome bellboy at the entrance, upon learning we were checking in, immediately helped with our luggage and escorted us to the front desk. The young lady at the front desk was warm and efficient with the check-in process, and the manager proactively upgraded our room. During our stay, a friendly host came to introduce the hotel's history and available services, then led us to our room, explaining how to use the facilities. We instantly felt at home. The century-old Russian-style aristocratic elevator is still operational, and the antique gramophone still plays music. The lobby is grand and opulent, with old artworks adorning the walls, truly showcasing the ceremonial charm of an historic hotel. Breakfast was also good, with specialties like pan-fried steak. While having coffee in the room, I accidentally broke a saucer, and the manager promptly assisted with the issue and waived the fee. Upon departure, they even gave us thoughtful little snacks. It was a very pleasant stay. My fondness for Harbin now comes from the warm people we encountered. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

BBeiyaguodetuimaoAs a 'southern sweet potato' returning to Harbin after two decades, the Ritz's outstanding service completely changed my impression of the Northeast. I've fallen in love with it! The Northeast truly is a warm and welcoming place, and choosing to stay at the Ritz this time was absolutely the right decision. During my stay, Harbin had its biggest snowfall of the year. I might have gotten a bit too excited and slipped and fell 🤣🤣. When I got back to the hotel lounge, one of the ladies there immediately boiled an egg for me to take to my room. And when I got to my room, I found she had also prepared Yunnan Baiyao (a traditional Chinese medicine for injuries) and a large bucket of ice for me. I was so touched, I absolutely have to give them extra points! Five out of five stars isn't enough to express how much I appreciate their service. I'll definitely be back to Harbin, and I'll be staying here again!

GGanxiebuwanmeidezijiMy son and I celebrated New Year's Eve, had a close encounter with reindeer, and even watched the fireworks from the Ice and Snow World from afar... It was perfect!
The hotel service was absolutely 100 points. Old Wei, who was in charge of arranging the car fleet, found us a driver (I forgot to ask his name) to take us to the entrance of the Ice and Snow World when we couldn't get a taxi. 👍 The driver was worried it would be inconvenient for me to get a taxi back with my child alone, so he gave me very practical and feasible advice... Another driver, Master Wang, was incredibly warm and thoughtful. When he took us to the airport, he was worried we'd be cold, so he considerately dropped us off in the underground parking garage... Five-star rating!
So grateful for the experience!

1118205****The Shangri-La Hotel Harbin Songbei package included a light meal and afternoon tea. The location is very close to the Ice and Snow World, and the hotel is new with excellent hygiene. Most importantly, the service was great. We rested for a while in the Horizon Club Lounge on the 28th floor and had some simple afternoon tea. Linda and Wendy even gave us small Russian nesting doll gifts, which was a very thoughtful touch and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend everyone to stay here.

GGuest UserThe overall feeling is not bad. Not far from the airport bus. There is a big shopping mall next to it. There are many places to eat. There is a subway station right outside. The hotel staff service is also very good. A gift was given when leaving the hotel. The price-performance ratio is very high. The disadvantage is that there is a badminton hall on the 4th floor. It is a bit messy. The breakfast is very average.

MM484526****After getting off the high-speed train at Yabuli West Station, transportation options are very flexible – the public bus is a budget-friendly 5 RMB per person, or a taxi for a fixed 50 RMB is hassle-free, making it easy to reach the hotel.
My first impression upon arrival was excellent: the front desk staff were polite, the hotel lobby was grand, and the guest rooms were spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The housekeeping staff would greet us with a 'good morning' and even brought a small fruit platter, showing thoughtful attention to detail.
The dining experience was a constant surprise! Breakfast and lunch are both 68 RMB per person, usually included with most rooms, and you just pay extra for additional guests. The food selection was very rich; there were 10 hot dishes alone, seven or eight cold dishes, plus salads and soup, offering great value for money. I particularly want to praise the dishes: the sauce for the 'Da Lu Mian' (noodles with thick sauce) was incredibly fragrant, and the wild vegetables were very distinctive – the chef's skills are top-notch. What moved us most was our last meal; we wanted to try a 'tie guo dun' (iron pot stew) with a freshly slaughtered live chicken, and the hotel thoughtfully accommodated us. They can arrange whatever you want to eat, which is amazing!
The service in the bathing and hot spring areas, to say it's 'meticulous' is no exaggeration! You just use your room card to exchange hand towels based on the number of people to enter. The staff in the bathing area were exceptionally proactive: they would patrol back and forth, and if they saw an empty hook near a locker, they would proactively bring a towel to hang there (there were also thoughtful hooks installed on the wall). When we were changing, if they saw us with phones or personal items, they would immediately ask if we needed help with a bag for our phone, a towel, or clean clothes. Every time we entered or exited the bathing area, they would proactively offer a towel, and communication was always very timely.
The service in the hot spring area was even better! As soon as I got out of the hot spring pool, seeing my towel was wet, a staff member immediately handed me a dry one; tea was refilled instantly when it ran out. When we went to the wave pool area, they would prepare towels in advance and remind us to quickly wrap up as it would be cold after getting out of the water.
Not only that, but the service in the sweat steam area was equally heartwarming! Whenever we passed by the sweat steam area, staff would proactively come forward to ask if we needed anything, such as 'Is there anything I can help you with?' or 'Would you like to find a place to rest?' They actively paid attention to guests' movements throughout, never making anyone feel neglected. The level of detail was consistent with other areas.
We were incredibly well-looked after throughout our stay, whether in the bathing, hot spring, or sweat steam areas. The warmth was in every detail, and the experience was truly exceptional!
Wang Min from the hot spring area, Jiang Guiling from housekeeping, Wang Guixiang from the bathing area, Wang Junfang from the dining area, Ms. Wang from the wave pool area, and the lovely young ladies at the front desk are all part of our unforgettable memories.

GGuest UserI was not impressed. For the price I expected much more. This hotel is old and ran down. In the hallway of my floor, people noisily smoked and made lots of noise. **************** staying here. The front desk people are okay but could definitely use work on their hospitality. Old room, old facilities, junky dirty carpet in the hall. Would not stay again. The only positive was the bed. A painfully average in every way hotel. There are far better options for way less money.

The children's bed sheets were torn. Blood stains were visible on the quilt. The wallpaper was moldy. Many of the water park facilities were rusty. It looked filthy. The experience was terrible. The elevator didn't go directly to where you were going, leaving you feeling lost. The payment cards weren't universal. People were taking seats. The staff didn't care. They looked fancy, but they had absolutely no attention to detail. I would definitely not recommend this place to a friend, and I won't be back. For the price, the service was lacking, and the quality was lacking.

It is divided into a main building and an annex building. The annex building is cheap and has relatively average facilities.
Breakfast was eaten in the main building, which was okay. There is a bus stop 383 opposite the hotel, which is also very convenient to the city.
If only to sleep in the middle of the night. Especially if you arrive in Harbin late.
