"The service was incredibly welcoming. As soon as I walked in, someone greeted me and helped with my luggage. All the staff were very friendly, always saying hello, and they even upgraded my room. The room was spacious, and the air conditioning was independently adjustable. The afternoon tea was excellent, and they even offered hot milk in the evening. When I left, they gave me a farewell gift. The whole experience truly exceeded my expectations in terms of emotional value."

"We had a great experience of having spent 4 nights in this wonderful hotel Wanda Realm in NanGang Harbin. "First time at this hot spring resort and it far exceeded my expectations! The family room was huge, and it included unlimited access to the hot spring area for 2 adults and 1 child. The outdoor hot springs were so invigorating – it looked cold, but it was really warm once you got in. After a relaxing soak, you could head to the food street or get a massage in the lounge area. Basically, everything you need for food, drinks, and entertainment is right here in the hotel! Our train was at night, and we could even use the hot spring lounge to relax after checking out. Absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend it!!!!"

"The room was quite warm, and the twin room was very convenient as the two beds could be pushed together, which is great when traveling with kids. The buffet was also delicious, especially the desserts – I've never had such good desserts at a buffet before. Plus, they offer a free shuttle directly to the main scenic spots, which is incredibly handy. The outdoor scenery is also excellent; the panoramic king room offers a night view of the Ice and Snow World, just make sure you don't book the wrong one."

"Stayed here again, and my impression is consistently great. The environment is just as warm and inviting as ever, offering a stark contrast to the sub-zero temperatures outside. The service remains incredibly friendly, with staff always greeting you warmly. Although the late-night diner offers a simple menu, it provides a lovely touch of warmth. "I have to rave about the room details! The temperature was pre-set to a comfortable level when I walked in, and there were local specialty welcome fruits on the table. The bathroom had a super effective wet/dry separation, and the vanity mirror even had a built-in light, so I didn't have to huddle by the window to do my makeup anymore. The cleaning staff also neatly arranged my luggage every day, which was such a thoughtful touch!"

I stayed here for quite a while this time, and the nearby Music Corridor is great for photos, the Music Park is bursting with blooming flowers, and the lotus flowers at Yuyang Park are also in full bloom. MM532027****The hotel's location and room decor are absolutely superb! Turn right upon exiting, and you're right on Central Street, super close to Madieer Ice Cream (bought some immediately, of course!). The rooms are designed in a Russian aristocratic style, and they even offer costume rentals – the dresses are beautiful! You can put one on and head to the lobby or the hundred-year-old elevator for some amazing photo opportunities. The lady at the front desk was fantastic at taking pictures and helped me capture so many memorable shots. The guy was also quite entertaining; he readily shared stories about the hotel's history. Both helped me with my luggage when checking in and out (a real lifesaver, as my suitcase was heavy and the hotel entrance has steps – I couldn't have managed it alone!). A big thank you to the enthusiastic front desk staff! Oh, and I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade, which was a fantastic bonus!

MMISS_CHEN_This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Northeast China, even better than some older five-star places. It has a unique character and excellent service! The hotel has a lot of style, and it would be perfect for photos, but unfortunately, we were in a rush. When we returned from being out, we found complimentary welcome fruit, and there was also afternoon tea with delicious pastries and fruit. The hotel service was also fantastic; the staff were incredibly patient, and the young men and women were all so good-looking! Breakfast was also great. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit.

__WeChat307328****Executive Lounge benefits: Five meals a day, the food was decent, quite varied and plentiful. The staff were very welcoming, and the person who refilled my water left a lasting impression. My trip was too short to experience some of the services.
Facilities: All the facilities were available, and the decor was quite nice. The bathroom fixtures were Kohler, and the elevators were Otis.
Hygiene: There were sugar grains and stains on the sofa, and the minibar was moldy. There was no trash can in the bedroom, only a paper wastebasket, which isn't suitable for liquids. However, there was a trash can in the bathroom.
Environment: Acceptable.
Service: The staff were friendly and polite. There was a discrepancy in the app's room description between 'alcoholic beverages' and 'minibar'. Only the minibar had a charge notice, while 'alcoholic beverages' was ambiguous, even though the alcoholic drinks were in the fridge.

QQingtiantiantiantiantiantianThe suite was very spacious with a great view. Harbin was really cold, so it was super comfortable to stay at the hotel. The executive lounge was also large and business-friendly. I was so glad we booked such a big room because of the cold – we didn't go out much. The room, especially the shower, was incredibly comfortable. My only complaint is that for three of us, they only offered a two-door small car for borrowing, with no room for negotiation. It wasn't that there were no larger cars available, they just wouldn't lend them. After two days, the car door handle even broke, and only on the third day did they finally agree to lend us a larger car. I'm really speechless. Honestly, I would have been better off renting a car myself. This is my only major complaint. Just because a service is free doesn't mean it should feel like a handout, and that doesn't align with your hotel's positioning.

You don't even have to leave the hotel for meals or to change your ski equipment, which is super convenient, and there's a great selection of ski rentals. They offer hotpot and BBQ, and the front desk is very responsive. They also arranged a day trip to Xuexiang for us.

OOhmaiI arrived late at night and the receptionist very helpful. Even though i cannot speak chinese and receptionist do not speak english, he always ask Siri on his phone to make sure everything go smoothly.
The receptionist even help me buy bread and drinks at the vending machine that requires Chinese phone number.
Room is spacious, clean. All items working well, just lack of internet connection maybe my room located at the end of the alley.
The best part, breakfast included too in the room rate. So you don’t have to go outside find breakfast during this cold weather 😃

GGuest UserThis stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was charmed by the warm and elegant atmosphere. The staff provided incredibly thoughtful service. Gao Yuefang from housekeeping heard about a special situation and brought some essential items, which didn't interfere with my plans to enjoy the hot springs with my family. I've never encountered such caring and heartfelt service before – it was truly touching! The room was spotless and tidy every day, and opening the window revealed a lovely little garden view. Attention to detail was impeccable. My family and I enjoyed all sorts of hot springs, and Dang Min, Zhu Yan Juan, and Wu Yu Rong, along with Xiao Wang, who brought towels and tea, were so enthusiastic and helpful, treating us like their own family. After the hot springs, I felt completely refreshed, and all my fatigue vanished. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious food. I'm extremely satisfied with this trip and will definitely recommend it to friends. I'll be back for sure!
