Spa Hotels in Yantai

I rarely write reviews, but this place truly deserves a genuine compliment! First off, the location is excellent, very close to the sea, and only half an hour from the airport, making it perfect for a layover. We arrived at the hotel around 8 or 9 PM, and as soon as we walked in, it felt like coming home. The room was spacious and bright, even featuring a gas stove. Both bedrooms were roomy, making it very suitable for a family stay! The hotel staff's service was also incredibly thoughtful; they were responsive to all requests and handled things very quickly! If I ever get the chance to visit again, I'll definitely choose this hotel!

The hotel's location is fantastic. There's a bus stop right outside, making it super convenient to get to almost all the attractions like Suochengli, Chaoyang Street, Yantai Mountain, Fisherman's Wharf, Yangma Island, and Penglai Pavilion. The rooms are well-equipped and spotlessly clean. A special shout-out to the cleaning lady – she was incredibly kind and responsible. The hotel breakfast was freshly prepared, varied, clean, and delicious. All in all, we were very satisfied and will definitely be back!

This hotel undoubtedly deserves its reputation as the top-tier hotel in the area. The environment is excellent, the facilities are top-notch, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The rooms are spacious with superb amenities; they're very warm in winter, the beds are comfortable, and most importantly, the pillows are the perfect firmness, including slow-rebound foam pillows – they truly understand what travelers need most when staying away from home. I especially loved the hotel's Japanese restaurant; I ate there almost every meal, and the food was excellent. The lobby is spacious and bright, where guests can relax comfortably, and the staff are incredibly attentive, bringing water to guests. This hotel truly makes you feel at home.

Opened in 2023, the facilities are quite new. I really like the hotel's name, the in-room music, and the architectural design. It's a bit far from the beach, and the beach itself is rocky with no sand, but the hotel makes up for this by allowing guests to use the pool at the neighboring Westin. Please note that you must bring a swimming cap to enter the water, otherwise you'll have to buy one for 49 or order one for delivery. I really liked the room layout. The bed facing the floor-to-ceiling window is something I haven't seen in other nearby hotels, which is a big plus. At night, you can see the lights of the nearby 'center' building. The bathroom has a three-part separation, and the toilet stall has a sliding track door. Both this sliding door and all the drawers have soft-close dampers, which is great. The TV can access TV channels and is connected to the hotel's Wi-Fi, but you have to log in to the hotel Wi-Fi, so connecting to it is essentially useless. The TV has an HDMI port, so I recommend guests bring devices like a Nintendo Switch to enhance their vacation. There's a seemingly random speaker that supports both Bluetooth and a 3.5mm jack, but you need to bring your own Type-C power supply. The elevator with the missing letter in the picture belongs to the Westin next door. There were staff at the entrance who helped take our luggage out of the car, which was very much appreciated. I had a very pleasant stay, so I'm writing this detailed review and would be happy to stay here again.

Hotel facilities are very new, the service is very good, the environment is very comfortable, the fly in the ointment, there is no requirement for eating, or drive to seven or eight kilometers away, the hotel's 88 yuan buffet is difficult to say, breakfast is even more impossible to mention, the service staff on the dining side is compared to the front office staff. People in the front hall can patiently listen to the needs and solve them. The people in the restaurant are in a confused state, except for eating, everything else is very good.

We stayed for three days with our elderly parents and children starting on June 22nd. Everything was wonderful, especially the service. Manager Sun from the Executive Lounge was incredibly thoughtful. My child accidentally broke a glass at the buffet, spilling everywhere. Manager Sun's first reaction was to check if my child was hurt, then immediately called other staff to clean up. I offered to have any compensation charged to our room, but the hotel said it wasn't necessary at all. The next day, when my child went to get food, they wanted noodles, but the Executive Lounge buffet didn't have them. Manager Sun specially arranged for the downstairs kitchen to make a portion and bring it up for us – a real lifesaver for a picky eater! The room attendants were also very considerate; seeing that we had a child, they proactively provided extra children's disposable slippers and plenty of bottled water. Additionally, the bedding and towels were incredibly comfortable, truly memorable for a five-star hotel. Overall, for families traveling with elderly parents and children, the hotel provides the most humanized service possible. The sea view from the Executive Lounge is fantastic! During the May Day holiday, all the hotels I had collected were out of rooms, so I found this hotel by chance. The hotel is newly opened, the facilities are very new, the staff is very dedicated, and they have a strong sense of proactive service. It is also very convenient to shop at restaurants near the hotel. The morning was very rich, and they took the initiative to send a breakfast to the children. The facilities in the room are good, the only regret is that the refrigerator in the room has no power supply and cannot be used normally. I hope it will be improved as soon as possible.

The lighting in the room is really super good. The sun shines directly into the room in the morning. The balcony can directly see the sea. The scenery is super beautiful. The accommodation sea view room is perfect.

The boss is warm and thoughtful, the room is small and complete, clean and hygienic, convenient parking in front of the door, convenient for eating in the commercial street nearby
