"Knowing that the hotel has been open for many years, I have already made a preconception in my mind. After checking in, it greatly exceeded my expectations. Although it has been open for a long time, the hotel decoration is also very grand like the star-rated hotels in the past. The rooms are large, and the sanitation of invisible places such as corners is also very good. The hotel facilities are well maintained. The room is also equipped with a fast charging cable, which is a plus for details. Many of the hotel's waiters are elderly uncles and aunts. They are warm and friendly. They are willing to hire people of a certain age. I believe that the owner of this hotel is also very humane. The hotel did not raise prices much during the Spring Festival peak season. It is very conscientious. The location is also good, opposite the Holiday Plaza. I will choose here again if I have the opportunity to come to Zhongshan next time."

"The rooms are spacious and offer excellent views. This was a pleasant surprise, especially compared to my stay at the Westin Pazhou in Guangzhou just last week. The entertainment facilities at this Zhongshan hotel are superb. The indoor pool is genuinely heated, so it's not cold at all (unlike the one in Guangzhou last week, which was so chilly I had to get out after ten minutes!). There's also a hot spring pool nearby. While small, it offers a nice view, and guests were peaceful and orderly – a big plus. For kids, there's a ball pit; though small, it's perfect for children under 4 and very photogenic. The gym and yoga room are well-equipped and clean. I even think I spotted a sauna/steam room, but I might be mistaken. The location is fantastic, situated directly above the Lights City Mall, with a direct link to the hotel from Guzhen intercity railway station. Plenty of parking is available too. Service: The front desk staff proactively asked if we needed children's toiletries upon seeing I had a child with me. Facilities: The indoor pool is truly heated and never cold, and there's also an accompanying hot spring pool. Environment: The hotel occupies a high floor. Though it offers a city view, from the rooms and public areas, you get panoramic vistas of Zhongshan, Jiangmen, and Shunde. Both evening moon-gazing and afternoon sunset-watching provide fantastic photo opportunities."

"The hotel boasts a refined ambiance, and the rooms are quite spacious and modern. Both the front desk and concierge services were excellent. I had booked a room without breakfast, so the next morning I arrived promptly at 8 AM at the Chinese restaurant for dim sum. The food quality was superb, and the place was bustling with people. The hot spring area seemed to have a limited number of pools, although the main swimming pool was quite large. However, I did have some reservations about whether the hot spring pools were thoroughly cleaned and their water changed daily. This is because when I went for a soak at 9:30 AM the next day, I found the water in the pools wasn't clean enough; there was some floating debris, and one pool even had a visible oily film on the surface. I sincerely hope the hotel will place a stronger emphasis on improving the cleanliness of the hot spring pools and guaranteeing consistently fresh, clean thermal water."
