"This stay had a mix of very prominent pros and cons. It's suitable for families with children, but those who are particular about their environment might want to look elsewhere. Half of the hotel is currently under renovation, and there's construction going on next door, leading to a lot of dust. The rooms themselves are a bit dated, and you can tell the facilities have seen better days, which slightly impacted my mood during the stay. However, the service truly deserves praise. The staff were enthusiastic and responsive to any issues, handling them very efficiently. The hotel's highlights are perfect for families: There are three pools to choose from, which kept the kids thoroughly entertained; it boasts a private beach that's quiet and uncrowded, with a comfortable environment perfect for gazing at the sea or simply relaxing. They also organize different themed activities daily, with evening performances, ensuring that entertaining the kids is never boring. Regarding dining, it's an all-inclusive package. The daily meals were quite ordinary in taste, but the advantage is being able to book different specialty dinners in advance, which helps to vary the flavors a bit. Getting enough to eat wasn't an issue. In summary: Its strengths lie in the family-friendly amenities, beach environment, and service. Those bothered by renovations, dust, and old rooms should think twice. However, families looking for a pure vacation with kids, seeking ease and convenience, might consider it."

"The hotel is big and very cold at night. This is the best night I slept in Egypt. Breakfast is served every day and the air conditioner is noisy, but it is acceptable."

"We loved everything about the hotel, especially the impeccable service, which is rare in Egypt. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The rooms and public areas were spotlessly clean. The room itself (we had a deluxe) was very spacious, well-maintained, and had constant hot water. Frankly, we couldn't believe our eyes when we checked in. The room was as well-appointed as a five-star chain hotel. The breakfasts were also good—not overly varied, but very tasty and fresh. We especially loved the mashed potatoes! The hotel's proximity to the airport is a plus, so it's a short walk before a flight."

"Not a bad hotel by Egyptian standards. I needed somewhere to spend two nights after a dive safari, for these purposes the hotel is excellent) Located 15 minutes drive from the airport. I think families with children under 12 will like it here. Sandy beach, which is not common in Egypt, and shallow sea. Surprisingly good food, compared to what it was 7-8 years ago. A la carte restaurants as always leave much to be desired, well, I'm spoiled by Moscow and European)) perhaps 4 stars can be given (this is my rating)) I liked everything, even the animation dies down after 11 - does not interfere with sleep) Egyptians are growing up"

"This booking offered excellent value for money. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, they are generally very well-maintained. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly; on the day of check-in, the front desk attendant personally escorted us to our room. Because I was exhausted from diving the day before, I requested a late check-out, and after checking availability, the staff readily agreed."

"It was very comfortable! The room had a cute atmosphere with the refreshing light blue and white of the Hurghada sea, and there was a hot shower, so I was very satisfied! There was a Gomla supermarket nearby, and it was convenient as it had pretty much everything you needed! It was also conveniently located, and I could call an Uber taxi and it arrived quickly! It was great! I was able to refresh myself~"

"Huge and spectacular hotel. Spacious and complete rooms. Clean and modern. Very friendly people at the reception and restaurants. Large swimming pools for adults and children. Activities all day for all ages. Varied food, each night is traditional cuisine from a different country. Exit to the direct beach, with a walkway to go to a deeper part. Very good all inclusive. Highly recommended."

"The location isn't great, with nothing much around. However, the hotel itself is very clean. There are plenty of activities and a private beach (though the sea isn't great, the hotel facilities are excellent). I saw many compliments about the buffet, but for all four days, it was really disappointing (I just looked, didn't eat). Most of the service was good, but one particular staff member was not (friendly to Caucasians, ignored Asians). I reported this to the reception and the hotel, and they responded and handled it very kindly and quickly, keeping me informed of the outcome, which was good. I've given a good star rating, but I probably won't visit again due to the memory of that specific staff member. The hospitality of the staff at the Tri- hotel in New Cairo, where I stayed the next day, was truly amazing."
