"The location of the hotel is very cool, colva beach is hardly on walking distance. food of the hotel is amazing...I would say as compared to other the hotel food was mind-blowing. I was having two rooms there one room was good but the other was little uncomfortable due to some kind of dizzy smell and light flickering. staff was so good there....Abhishek was a good gentleman, he guide us with many informations."

"This hotel is decent for a 2-3 day stay, but any longer and it gets boring! The breakfast selection is sparse, completely lacking any meat products, and the cuisine is very spicy! They have a nice pool and a decent gym, but there's absolutely no soundproofing, so it's very noisy!!"

"This resort has the potential to be good as it looks well, has a decent pool area and the rooms are well proportioned. There is just something missing in the fine detail of running a resort. Breakfast was decent but we found dinners disappointing, particularly the risotto which was delivered cold and then seemingly microwaved when we pointed this out. We attended a Sao Joao pool celebration which was a bit disappointing, it supposedly started at 12.30 but decorations were still going up at 1pm. Most disappointing was when we arrived very early due to a night train arriving four hours early but we’re not offered as much as a glass of water and when we asked if our bags could be stored whilst we purchased breakfast we were told no and just to eat poolside. Saying that most other staff we dealt with were friendly."

"Incredibly beautiful hotel. The territory drowns in green - breakfast is like in a tropical garden. And here the cheapest rooms, of course, are twisted in order... the absence of a balcony in them is also sad - luck dry really nowhere. Also our room went out windows on the road and without the beer was hard to sleep, despite the fact that the street is not central. About cleaning it is necessary to speak on the receptors or the cleaners themselves, otherwise they will not get away and will not bring towels and so on... Water is not in single bottles but in glass and if honestly it is strange tones - bought and drank their own). But these are the main shortcomings that were forgotten immediately when they went out into the inner courtyard.. Breakfasts I liked - lots of fresh vegetables, and this is rare in India. Omlet and eggs are cooked delicious, there is noutella )) We also had dinner and it was great when people were few and so fed on the menu - there are sandwiches, salads, fish, shrimp... and then people became more and for dinner also the Swedish table - and here almost all Indian, and even macarones often with a bunch of cut garlic(( Very pleasant manager. Intelligent cleaners, waiters and guards are the most cute. In general, the hotel was very enjoyable, but outside ((the road to the beach though not long but dirty with trash and all the other beauty of India... to return to Goa while there is no wish"

"An absolutely delightful stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone and especially those looking to relax and unwind by the beach. Not ***y places in India are like this. The facilities and staff are all top notch. Very professional and polite. They took care of all our needs without hesitation. There's a nice garden to walk at night, with direct access to beach and security guards on both exits. The resort had very ample variety of food, with different restaurants to choose from. Though perhaps a bit overpriced compared to equally good restaurants nearby. Overall, I wished we had stayed a little longer but already had flights booked. Definitely will come back when I'm back in Goa."

"Beautiful hotel nestled away from a 10 min walk to a stunning beach. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming. A beautiful beach shack within a ten min walk. We would have stayed longer but the hotel were unable to offer us another balcony room. We will book in advance next time."

"I will start with the best: The character is chic, starting from the entrance and everyone with whom we have had to interact, polite, smiley, sincerely set up to help and to meet all your adequate needs - it is just a gun, megarepspect. Come only for the night with the family, it was a forced stop, but to the hotel this relationship does not have, in the morning at breakfast we prepared the best for all the time omlet with milk, then we asked the cash, which was not and cocoa, the guy didn't even know what it was, guggled and we all did! The territory is beautiful, the road to the beach is pleasant, the rooms are beautiful! The sand on the beach is small, violinous like snow - just heaven!! And the minus that require categorical attention: 1. The floor in the room was very dirty, we arrived late in the evening, laid the children, took a shower, went there on the room, and in the morning looked at their feet and chips. The wife took a napkin and spent on the floor - it would be better not to see 🤣 2. In the pool, very clean water, the pool itself with different depths, very comfortable - NO, in the children's, smaller, area of the pool simply cannot be located, very strongly pulls the urine out of the toilets, right smells exactly at the level of water and a meter above. If you sail to the opposite end, there everything is good, airs.  3. We have not faced a problem, but I think there are few lying on the pool and beach(8 pcs), perhaps beach lying more relevant for Europeans, then should be enough."

Having arrived at st Regis Goa our expectations were high and we were truly looking forward to spending Chinese new year eve. On arrival everything seemed a bit chaotic in the lobby and then I soon found out that they were expecting a wedding and the next day was fully booked because of that. As we got through the day I noticed that the staff were all paying attention mostly to the wedding preparations and not the in house guests. From this hotel I expected a better service to be honest and even the so called special butler assigned to us was responding with delays of almost an hour which is not nice for such a so called high standard hotel. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay but decided against having dinner at the property because even though I mentioned it is Chinese new year no special do up was done for us so even though I did not expect given that we were in India and they don’t celebrate obviously but since I did mention at check in this would have brought out Regis standards in a big way as they are known for worldwide but no special thing was organized for us. The shower drainage was blocked and I had to unplug the cover just to let the water drain out. This should be checked before guests arrive. Even the towels had this strange odour which only means it was not laundered properly. Otherwise the property is great but they should improve for the standard they portray and the rates they charge. Also another point to note is that while booking through trip.com I booked a better level room and after I paid it was immediately cancelled and refund was provided but strangely when I tried to re-book the price had gone up significantly and this is not a nice thing to do to guests. Now I’m not sure if this was the booking app failure or failure on part of the hotel but notable to mention nonetheless. So I opted for the normal lagoon room instead because I felt cheated and didn’t want to pay more for something that was clearly indicated. Pool was fantastic and room was decent but big mosquito problem on the property. We actually stayed next door the previous night at holiday inn and didn’t notice mosquitos as much as here so beware and get enough repellant. The carpet in the room also needs to be deep cleaned as it was literally black with dirt. Even spider web in the room. Shocking for a Regis hotel. Hats of to the garden cleaning ladies who do a fabulous job and the valet and entrance staff and the guy who gave us a nice welcome and welcome drink. Breakfast was fantastic so speaks volumes of the chefs and staff behind the scenes. Highlight of the hotel no doubt. Best one so far in India!

Facility is dated and needs serious refresh. Windows have mold and furniture needs cleaned.  Staff are mostly pleasant.  Restaurant is good. Especially breakfast.  Spa is very good (only got foot massage but impressed) In total I could not recommend.

Got back from Planet Hollywood last week. Location - this is a quite beach with beautiful small grain sand and clean. Many locals in the sea and clean. There are a couple of shacks each side on the hotel beach with beds and drinks and tables. Sunset is beautiful from here. Hotel: On arrival we were greeted, luggage taken to our rooms. We had the luxury pool view room- good amount of space in the bedroom, lovely balcony over looking the pool, bathroom clean. Towels changed daily and cleaned well. If you want anything staff are more than happy to help. Staff are extremely helpful - we had a couple of issues with the room, but turned out to be user errors. We had a maintenance chap in our room within minutes. The food was absolutely divine - eastern and western palates catered for. Chef Veronus came to talk to us every day at breakfast, and also made us some dishes not on the menu - really delightful and exceedingly good! The pool was very quite, but suited us. April is wedding season and there were some weddings on during the day and evening, but this is in a separate part of the complex. We actually enjoyed watching elements from the side lines. The wedding decor was incredible. We could not fault this hotel, we were taken care of so well!

Benaulim Fortune resort is a beautiful property situated very near to Benaulim beach. Room size is good. Few shortfalls I observed: 1. Room fan regulator was not working. 2. Split ACs were not cooling (no centerlise ACs in resort). 3. F&B ground level team waiters consider guest as fool.. they suggested to try rice kheer in desert and you will not believe that they poured rice in to milk and served when I complained about that then he said he will not charge for this. Such unprofessional attitude are not expected in a brand like #ITC Fortune

We were at the hotel with a large group for a week. This is the worst Radisson I've ever stayed at. There is nothing to do at breakfast, it is better not to take it. In principle, there are no questions about the number. The area is small, the pool is very small. To get to the beach you have to go through the Novotel, about 600 meters. The beach is of course excellent, just be careful in the sheks, we were cheated on the far right, we need to check and immediately negotiate the cost of seafood.

This is a proper 5 star property. They know how to treat their guests. They decorated the room, and arranged a surprise, everything was special. There was a small blunder, but they made up for it, and sorted everything out, a perfect 5 star experience. Also the attached beach by the hotel… is a different sensory experience to wake up to. Very polite and professional staff, and courteous service. Well done, and thank you

The resort is located in the serene surroundings of Colva, just about 1 km from the beach. The peaceful location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food was delightful, complemented by the beautiful ambiance. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, the highlight of our experience was the staff—they were exceptionally polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

Hello! Russian staff does not say, early settlement for extra fee is impossible. Staff slow, room fund is very old and dry. Unfortunately, the photos on the website correspond to hotel rooms. The hotel is completely vegetarian, the only thing that pleases is the closest location to the beach from all the hotels nearby. I'm not sure if I'll go to this hotel again and not advise friends any more.
