"I had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. The room has enough size for the two of us and the bathroom was fairly good. I have tried eating breakfast but I think it was a bit pricey. I love the location as it was quiet. I will definitely recommend this place to friends who are planning to visit Rome. The room rate was fair."

"This hotel can only be described as stunning! Very new and designed like a work of art! The location is convenient, between Termini and Plaza de España. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Plaza de España. There is a super delicious ice cream shop opposite! The room is slightly small, but the bathroom is large and the floor height is also high. Overall, it is highly recommended!"

"The hotel's reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast.
However, for a 4-star hotel, there are areas for improvement, such as the expensive tourist tax for two nights, which is €30, the wait time at the bar for someone to come and see you, the lack of bathrobes in the room when we arrived, which we had to ask for to use the spa, the small bathroom with the toilet inside, the lack of insulation; we could hear the showers running, and when we arrived, there was a pair of socks from the previous guests that hadn't been removed."

"The hotel's buffet dinner was extensive and reasonably priced. Breakfast was standard and nothing to write home about.
It's a 20-30 minute drive from the city center, with a taxi costing around 35-40 euros. The shuttle bus has set departure times and limited capacity, which meant we rarely managed to catch it.
While the hotel itself is good, I personally think staying in the city center would be more convenient."

GGuest UserEnvironment: The hotel should have a bit of history. There are many similar hotels around, and the price is not cheap. It is one subway stop away from Termini Railway Station. It belongs to a safe area.
Facilities: The hotel should have been renovated, and the facilities and equipment are relatively new.
Service: The front desk is very good, very enthusiastic, and very considerate to introduce you to the various facilities and equipment of the hotel. They will also personally send you to the room and introduce you to the various aspects of the room. After each talk, they will ask you if you have any questions.
Hygiene: The room is cleaned very clean.
There is also a free happy hour upstairs at night. Forget the taste. There are buildings all around, and there is no scenery. The overall experience is good. Recommended to stay

GGuest UserAbsolutely cannot fault this hotel at all! We spent 4 nights in Rome and it was absolutely perfect. The staff are all so friendly and the rooms are stunning. Our room was spotless and they always added nice little touches. The spa was a huge bonus after walking all day. The hotel is perfectly situated to get to all the landmarks and really close to the metro station. Furthermore, it was my girlfriend’s birthday (which I didn’t tell them about) and we came back to a gorgeous cake and champagne waiting in the room. They also left roses for Valentine’s Day. I honestly cannot thank all the staff enough for everything! This is the best hotel in Rome and we will definitely be back. Thank you aleph for such a memorable trip!

MM300910****The room was a decent size, but the attention to detail was lacking. For instance, the bathtub was very slippery, and the shower head sprayed water everywhere. Additionally, no complimentary bottled water was provided, although the front desk confirmed the tap water was drinkable. Breakfast, priced at 28 euros per person, was unappetizing and offered extremely poor value for money. We would have been much better off opting for the breakfast at the Chinese restaurant next door, which was both more generous and delicious. Its main positive was its proximity to the train station, only a 5-minute walk away.

GGuest UserI cannot even put into words how this place took my heart in a whirlwind. This is truly the most beautiful hotel with some of the kindest and friendliest souls, I’ve ever been to. I was welcomed like a queen, because it was my birthday, got an upgrade and beautiful gifts like a flower bouquet, a bottle of very nice prosecco and a delicious tart. The room - the junior suite - was just breathtaking. The materials, the love to every single detail, the smell of the highest quality materials used… an absolute dream. So is the whole hotel. The Minerva bar and the roof top restaurant Gigi with its view over Eternal City- what can I say?? I’m madly in love with- ti amo, La Minerva ❤️

MMariaA very ”tired of life” hotel. In fact, this is the only hotel located in close proximity to Fiumicino airport ”Leonardo da Vinci”. For passengers who want to get a good night's sleep before an early flight, this is the only option. Also, airline employees, pilots and flight attendants stay at the hotel. There are a lot of people, but the hotel staff is unhurried - they talk to each other nicely, with smiles, when guests are waiting in line to check in. We could not find free Wi-Fi, even in the hotel lobby. Despite the fact that we paid more than 250 euros per night, they took a deposit of 75 euros from us. It seemed that the hotel was firmly stuck in the past. It urgently needs renovation and good management. The hotel has its advantages, too. The main one is its proximity to the airport (you can walk to the hotel in 10 minutes, following the signs, directly from the arrivals area, without even going outside). They also offer a good breakfast with a large selection of food, both hot and cold. The beds and mattresses are comfortable, we managed to get a good night's sleep between two long flights.

Although the location is a bit far from the city and the central station, a taxi cost about 16 euros a day, but the hotel rooms are indeed much better than those in the city. Especially the bed and soundproofing, the surrounding area is purely residential, restaurants and supermarkets are very close and convenient. The hotel provides a taxi service for 10 euros a trip to the vicinity of the Mouth of Truth.

GGuest UserLocation is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. Breakfast was good, specially if you prefer a sweet breakfast (excellent cakes!) but somewhat lacking of savory options.

SSelimmmI had a great experience at this hotel! The service was very friendly, attentive, and always prompt to assist whenever I needed anything. The hotel facilities were excellent—my room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing me with a comfortable and relaxing stay. The amenities like the pool and gym were a nice bonus, clean and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the food; the breakfast had a good selection and everything tasted fresh and delicious, although slightly more variety in dishes would have made it perfect. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to returning again in the future!

AAlison’s Silk Road TravelsI stayed at Victoria Terme do I could visit Villa Este and Villa Adriana both very easy to get to from the hotel. There is a bus stop right outside Ty e hotel and you can buy a ticket from the kiosk next to the bus stop. There is a Terme right next to the hotel that I accessed twice during the stay. It was a real relief after walking around Tivoli as very hot in July. The staff at the hotel were ever helpful and provided everything I needed. There was a fridge in the room. Breakfast was good with a wide range of sweet breakfast choices. The coffee was excellent. I would definitely return at the good value price I got on this occasion. There were trips offered but unfortunately I could not do those as I was checking out. Great stay for Tivoli
