We stayed at Nattha Waree Hot Springs Resort before, and it was ok.
This time stayed for two nights, Oct 06 and Oct 7, 2022
It was a big disappointment; the reception staff did not help check it.
Our room had NO cold water, only boiling water...
There was no room cleaning, but we did get fresh towels.
Airline-type breakfast at its worth the same unhelpful reception staff.
It was a bad experience.
I hope Nattha Waree Hot Springs Resort can hire better staff.

I am very impressed by all the staff. We traveled during bad weather. And everything is in low season After the epidemic separately But all the staff made us warm and happy. The place and atmosphere is very good.

GGuest UserWe had a villa with a pool and sea view, which is simply charming, partly because the villa is less than 20 meters from the sea. There you will find a very small but nice place with 2 loungers that belong to the villa. You see too well as no people at the sea, just fantastic. The island is still very natural. We have rarely seen such a clean beach in Thailand as here. The employees of the hotel are very, very friendly and accommodating, I would say almost like a family. The dinner is the best we have eaten in Thailand. We are simply delighted and would come back at any time. An absolute recommendation!

GGuest UserThe place was kept fairly clean, there were some ants but as long as you did not leave any food out they don’t really bother you. The bathroom was huge and there was a nice little smoking area outside where you can hang out with the many cats that hang around the hotel. They are very friendly. They also have birds and one of them can talk and laugh. They are also very kind and accommodating. I asked for an extra blanket and she got me a nice fuzzy blanket. Overall I really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is not bad for relaxation, the food is very tasty, the local friends try very hard, the prices are good (PiPi is twice as expensive), after the rain the road near the hotel turns into a clay swamp), the hotel has mopeds for 250 baht, but on the island itself you can look NOTHING, the choice in stores is very sad even in comparison with Seven eleven.

张张Very cool stay experience. Krabi Self-Driving Fried Chicken is recommended. Xanadu-like environment and high-cold design, beautiful scenery everywhere. The oval-shaped room design is full of simple times. The room was very clean, equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator. There are 7-11 and a local market by car 2-3 km out of the road. You can buy the ingredients and come back to eat.
The guests here are big guys from all over the world who sail on yachts. When I met a Guangdong boss, I parked the sailboat here all year round (say, the cost is 12,000 pigs a month lower), and when I had time I flew out to play the boat.

PPollotrix!I stayed here with my mum, initially two nights but loved it so much that we booked a third. The place is absolutely stunning and after seeing the rest of the island, I'm convinced this is the nicest (and pretty much deserted) beach. So location wise, this place is a 10/10. The staff was absolutely amazing and the absolute highlight of our time here. Our room was spotless, the bed was super comfy and the cabin was just adorable. Food was also very good and very reasonably priced. I can't wait to come back.
Best sunset on the island and a short walk down the beach takes you to the best spot for sunrise.
There's a shop about 15 min walk away and a cure cafe just five min from the resort.
We were looking for a non touristy place, quiet, to rest and sleep well. If you want to disconnect and enjoy some quiet time this is the place for you.

DDenis NemokaevLet me start by saying that upon arrival we learned about an upgrade to our room category. Thank you very much. The hotel itself is very green, cozy with white bungalows. A nice pool with cool water. It's pleasantly refreshing in the heat. The staff is friendly and welcoming. A wonderful observation deck in the restaurant area from which it's nice to watch the sunsets. The restaurant itself, unfortunately, was not open, the staff said it was low season. Indeed, there aren't many guests at the hotel, one day it seems we were the only ones in the hotel. Breakfasts were served at the reception, simple but tasty. The beach is picturesque, but you need to be careful when swimming because of the rocks, but you can swim even at low tide. There are cafes nearby. Shops are about 500 meters away. Rock bar is nearby on the shore, a very positive bartender and an atmospheric place.

JJINGRUThe hotel is about half an hour from Krabi Airport. The location is relatively quiet. It is especially suitable for people like me who don't like to pile up. At night, I am very comfortable with my family listening to the waves and drinking beer. The hotel room is very large, the breakfast is delicious 😋, the children also rowed the piping boat in the morning and had a good time.
