"Location and cleanliness is great! I was a bit disappointed with my stay at Warwick. To start off the valet is a nightmare when the hotel is busy. There aren’t a lot of options for parking so we had to use this service. During the late evenings, you will have to park your own vehicle and drop keys off with front desk. Yet you still are charged for valet. There aren’t very many staff to assist with baggage. The front desk is less than willing to assist. I understand they maybe understaffed and over worked but it also shows. There are certain amenities we did not get such as robes, slippers, use of shuttle vehicle. Again this could be due to staffing but still a disappointing experience. I would advise to plan according for a less than 4 star experience. "
