"When booking a room, you need to pay a security deposit. The amount is the same as the room price. When you arrive at the hotel, you have to pay the room fee. After checking out, why is it that you are told that the security deposit will be refunded within 40 days? In addition, the hotel Wi-Fi signal is very poor"

"In town for concert at Fantasy Springs ****** with three friends. Spacious room with comfortable beds, however, the pillows were small so we had to ask for more pillows. The room did not have enough towels for two nights. Also our room didn’t have a blow dryer if you’re looking for one. The pool is not heated and the hot tub had cardboard stuck on the floor of the tub. "

"Very comfortable hotel, very cost-effective in the Bay Area, quite a lot of old Chinese people live. ^_^ After all, it is Marriott's home. The breakfast is quite rich, there are homemade waffles, hot food has meat patties and eggs. Free self-service coffee and ice water in the lobby, there are **Uncle and Wal-Mart nearby, suitable for large purchases before returning home"

"The hotel I chose to stay in when visiting Riverside was pretty good, but the hotel wifi was not very good. The three people traveling with me could not log in. Even if we asked the front desk for a code, it was still an invalid code. It was disappointing! The hotel's specialty massage was ridiculously expensive, so I gave up trying it. There is a Macy's mall next to it, which is not worth visiting~"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside to our trip were the strong sewage smell outside of the hotel, at the entrance. It was persistently present each time we accessed the building.
Another smell on the second floor was as string but not offensive, like vinegar near rooms # 210-220. My daughter thought it smelled like a dentist’s office.
Smells aside, the halls are brightly lighted and clean with inspirational quotes on each door.
Continental breakfast was served daily and the pool was open, though we were too busy to enjoy it. He fitness room remained closed due to the pandemic.
We would stay here again fir the convenience on/off the 91 freeway.
The beds were not luxury but not terrible. They could be improved with a memory foam topper.

"The hotel is too remote. The waiter's attitude is polite, but the efficiency of Americans is really not good! ! ! It was clearly written on the bill that I booked 2 rooms for one person, but I had to make one room when I checked in. It was not like what Ctrip wrote that you need to pay 4 US dollars in cash to enter the store. There is no such charge at all. Just a deposit of 100 US dollars per room! When I checked out, they said it would take a few days to return it because the room was not checked on the spot. Because it was very hot when we went there, it was also hot when we went out at night. The outdoor swimming pool was a bit dirty! I commented truthfully!"

"This Hilton hotel is worthy of the name, the details are good, the location is right next to the highway, and the traffic is convenient. It is a 10-minute drive from the desert Ole. The swimming pool, gym and laundry room are all available. The American breakfast is rich. Coffee, apples and bananas are available at any time. Many foreigners, especially the elderly, who travel with dogs are very humane. The accommodation deposit is charged at $ 20, which will be refunded immediately after check-out."

LLaurie Volmthe hotel was lovely, room nicely appointed. Lobby offerings for coffee and snacks were very nice. Nikki in particular was friendly, informative, and helpful.
I wanted to book a massage at the spa, and was told by the spa, they are not part of the hotel and require 48 hrs notice, as therapists are on call. So 1/2 the reason I stayed there was for that, which is not advertised that way. at about 3:45 am I was awaken by someone trying to get in my room. Figuring it was a mistake, I yelled out wrong room. about 30 sec later, they tried again with more vigor. I called the front desk, and colin said he'd go check it out. he called me a few min later said he saw no one. while on the phone with him a stronger attempt was made by ”no-one”. I let out a scream, and told him he needed to help me. I said I was packing my stuff up and wanted an escort out of my room. he came up about 5-10 min later and I went to there lobby, about 5:00 am. Where I waited until about 8:30 am until it was light out and could go somewhere. Safety there is an issue. staff does not know how to handle such an event. Police should have been called after 2nd attempt. ”this has never happened before” is not the proper response. My trip was ruined, and a good hotel went bad in a hurry.

GGuest UserI enjoyed my birthday stay here. It’s a great location to everything from wine tasting, dine, or relax by the pool. The hotel reminds me of a boutique hotel, warm colors, relaxing quiet environment. In my first room 110, there were cigarette butts in the rocks on the patio, not sure why that wasn’t cleaned up. I was switched to room 203, nicer, roomier, but the pullout sofa cushions needed cleaning. Overall, it was a great stay for one night.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic. There are plenty of good restaurants, bars, shops within walking distance and walking is easy since the city of Palm Springs is basically flat! I parked in the hotel lot and walked everywhere I wanted to go. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar but I knew this when I booked so no problem. They do have a small cantina type room where you can buy snacks, some sandwiches, drinks, coffee, etc and ice machines everywhere. The service was very good, all employees where helpful and friendly. My room was very clean and good sized with a large bathroom. The room location was also good, on the ground floor near the pool with a view of a parklike courtyard. The pool was large and crowded (I arrived on Saturday afternoon) and everyone seemed to be having a good time. I took a dip the next morning right after maintenance finished cleaning the pool and was the only one there, it was great! I will definitely stay again at the Palm Mountain Resort.

SSamanthaOur first time staying downtown Palm Springs and we loved it! The hotel was gorgeous (just like the photos!) Walking distance to the main ***** with lots of restaurant & shopping options, a weekly Thursday night street festival/market and even a Grocery outlet across the street where we were able to stock up on some low cost snacks/drinks. When checking in the staff saw we were staying for 6 nights so ensured we had a quiet room, away from the street - which was thoughtful and appreciated. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING. The pool and pool bar with Happy Hour has us feeling like we were in Mexico. As you can probably tell, my fiancé and I loved our stay and will most definitely be back again!

GGuest UserRooms are very nice, clean, and new. Only things we had an issue with is conditioner was empty in the shower and the pool water tasted gross if it got in your mouth. Pool area isn't too big but there weren't many people using it at a time. All the facilities were very clean. A lot of seating is available in the lobby and outdoors. Check out is a little later than other hotels we considered which was purchasing point for us. We had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

RRachelThe hotel rooms here are incredible! My stay here was so relaxing and comfortable. You'll have to take a car to reach most of the nightlife. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with the staff they where impatient and when we checked in the lady at the desk was downright rude. Which is a real bummer because the setup of the hotel makes it really hard to find your room without help from a staff member. I know that working with people all day can be tough and I would be happy to give them another chance because everything else was so nice.

MMarioInitial room had bathroom door falling off the hinges.
After 2 requests and front desk visit repair man was sent out. Said he fixed it and door fell again. (Photo is after it was “fixed”). Put out kids in the shower to see a long hair pool to the drain!
After this they upgraded our room. Shampoo mount was on the floor in the shower. Did not inform guests that one set of pools would be closed down for two days of our visit due to upcoming event. Day 2 we were woken up at 8AM to the sound of drilling as workers put together a stage next to our room. At 11:45 at night we again spoke to the front desk because the loud sounds of drilling due to them STILL putting together a stage. Worker letting us know they were “almost done”. On day 3 the same drilling a shouting as the crew we still setting up the stage.
Visited the front desk twice more to speak to management about our issue and was told that a manager was not available, to come back in the morning. We did, and again told that “manager not available”.
