Loved staying here for Spello’s biggest event of the year, the Infiorate weekend when the entire old town is decorated with flower carpets. The hotel is about a ten minute walk away from the gates of the old town so a tranquil oasis compared to the old town where all the action takes place overnight. The hotel is a series of standalone rooms with super comfortable beds and all the amenities needed for a short stay. There is also a spa on-site as well as an outdoor pool in the summer month. The breakfast offered enough choices both on the savoury and on the sweet side to kick off properly a long day of sightseeing. The real highlight was the lovely staff who really went out of their way to have lovely words with each single guest. It is also great value for money, wouldn’t hesitate to return here if in Spello again.

Excellent hospitality and availability, super great breakfast... clean rooms equipped with every comfort. Quiet at night, for those who want to spend a nice holiday and the ideal place for families too..........

Three night stay in this "hotel" with a small room used as a reception, file cabinet and breakfast room. The rooms located in a "condominium" that you reach by crossing a road, fortunately not very busy, were poorly soundproofed. In the morning at breakfast to sit at a table you had to move what was used by other customers and the trays were often empty. Positive note the location, very convenient to the center of Spello.

Really mediocre experience, like the service, the cleanliness and the room. Breakfast was decidedly poor. The only positive note, the spa is nice and the affiliated restaurant La Bastiglia is excellent. For the rest... I will not return and I do not recommend it.

The structure is really not bad. I did not use the spa and unfortunately due to bad weather not even that beautiful pool.... Excellent location, 2 minutes walk from the walls of Spello. Room large enough and I give a 6 and a half for cleanliness. Shame about the toilet in the shower, something I hate!!!! However a big round of applause for the double bed, finally with a double mattress and not as usual the 2 singles joined by the pillowcase!!!! Very comfortable and very clean linen, I slept divinely. Mini fridge and air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast was also good, not too varied but everything tasted good. Excellent quality/price ratio.... Very kind staff! Shame about the bathroom and a few tweaks to the room, I would have given 4 stars!!!! Anyway, I will return

Holiday to discover the small Umbrian villages based in this splendid Hotel. The rooms are clean and well-kept, equipped with all comforts, the staff is friendly and welcoming, last but not least, the possibility of relaxing in the pool. At night you rest great immersed in total silence, an oasis of peace and tranquility, ideal for unplugging.

English: The structure is composed of a small central body with a few rooms and a two-story annex where the other rooms are located. The rooms are decent, but the services are outdated: from the electrical sockets, many of which are broken, none of them shuko, to the toilet where the water does not flow properly, to the shower where you cannot regulate the hot/cold because suddenly (perhaps due to the use of the services from the adjacent rooms) the temperature changes. The breakfast is medium-low. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, ready to listen to customers. The swimming pool is very nice and not very crowded, with variable water height, suitable for every user. The SPA is really poor: small, with a Turkish bath cabin, a shower cabin (which they say is emotional, but it does not work as such), a sauna cabin (without water for humidification), a hot pool with hydromassage and neck massage, a few chaise longues and an armchair that they told us was a masseuse but which, in the end, was not. The spa assistance was very poor, the information was inaccurate, the staff was upstairs, the flip-flops provided were of very low value and all destroyed within a few seconds. In fact, the staff had informed about the poor quality of the slippers, but this circumstance certainly negatively affected the use of the services.
